When it comes to money, information is so important.

One of the advantages the rich has offer the poor is information. The rich know how money works; the poor are only interested in the physical cash. They can't care less about how it works.

We spend more time discussing politicians and celebrities who have clearly made their money, and are enjoying themselves, than we do educating ourselves on money.

Topics like this one hardly attract a sizeable number of viewers and comments because it takes discipline to read something that's not celebrity or tribal jingoism.

Money is very important. But ironically we hardly pay adequate attention to its latent working.

It doesn't have to be on FP. People will naturally seek after what they believe is important.

A colleague of mine resigned from the company I work and he was paid around N8.4m. This is really tempting. We resumed the same year and I even resumed 5 months before him. On a serious note, why do you want to resign? Are you tired of the job or you just want to experience the feeling of having 8 million.

If your job environment is convenient, keep your job and start investing in your future if you haven't started. Since you have a relatively high annual take-home, keep a percentage, invest in real-estate, stocks, bonds, etc.

I am guessing you are not business-savvy. You will need time to study the market of whatever you want to invest in. So start small while working and build to a point when you won't have need for that 8m.

If you rush to resign and attempt to invest hastily, chances are that you will lose your money.

I am guessing you are also young.

I really didn't want to do this, but then, life is about giving. This reply is for those having issues bidding. It has worked for me on several occasions as a freelancer and in life.

I can sell an egg to a hen and this is the principle behind it.

First, there are 3 questions every seller tries to answer - Why, How, and What.

Research has shown that people buy things based on emotions. The part of the brain linked to purchase decisions is linked to your emotions. What this means is that no matter how perfect your sales pitch is, you may not sell because you haven't reached a clients emotion.

This is worst on freelancer and fiverr (buyers request). There are several hundreds of people bidding.

Back to Why, How, and What. Most sellers go for what and how, and leave the why. You may get tangible results online but it will be difficult selling offline. An example -

Hello freelancers, I want my website content re written to pass CopyScape.

"Hi, I am a writer with several years of experience in a variety of niches. I am very meticulous, creative, and passionate about my job. I will write 100% error-free, SEO, and CopyScape-passed articles,
Hire me."

Notice that while my bid sounds professional, it only states what I do. There is no why (a little why) or how. The truth is that this is what a lot of bids look like. The next option is for the client to choose based on reviews. So let's rewrite our bid.

"Hello, I know what it feels like having CopyScape flag your contents down. I also know how quality content can transform your website and even ranking on Google. I am passionate about writing and this is what makes the difference. I am a meticulous writer with ample years of experience. My clients are my priority and this is why I research in detail before writing my articles.

I look forward to working with you. Kindly contact me for more details."

Notice that I first tried to connect (Why)
Next I said something about research (How)
And finally What.

That is the correct order on how to sell anything to anyone.

When we rewrite articles, are we trying to convince copyscape that the article is a different one or are we trying to make it look different even to human beings? How much can i change before i have changed too much. Do we rewrite at the sentence level or try to do a whole paragraph at once. The paragraph style would help make it look more unique.
There is this rewrite job i just got, 16hrs .

I may be wrong, but when I get rewrite jobs, the first thing I do is to read through and understand the concepts explained in the article. Next, I scan through articles on that concept to get a broader perspective before I start writing.

I write from my head while using the original article as a guide. This way, it speaks volume and is plagiarism-free.

With regards to price, I charge the same as new articles, and sometimes higher, depending on the platform and client.

If it is a recording of yourself on ur mobile phone or camera device, you can use audacity to clean up the background and sounds, making it more professional.

If it is a slideshow pitch, ppt or windows movie maker will be effective.

From the pictures, these people are obviously young adults. They have dreams and aspirations. Be truly concerned about them and not just the profit of your business.

On a personal level, I can sleep anywhere as long as my mind is not active. In essence, get them interested in what you are doing. Make them stakeholders.

Besides, I read that villages walk into the camp freely as there is no fence. How true is this?

Yes. I do Ibadan to Ph a lot. From Ibadan I get to Owerri at about 4,5pm if I leave by 9am.
