No offense taken. I looked up the word it means "beyond expression in words". Details are still sketchy. By being the CEO, it means you have subordinates. The only way to make your work place lively is by involving them. There are several ways to go about that. In btw, I am an introvert myself and I have handled leadership positions in the past and had a great time doing so.

You have not made any point sir. I don't know if you work with others in a company, or work alone. Either ways, I recommend you start going out of your way to interact and find out about others in your work environment. One thing I have found and tried that brings true happiness is helping others without expecting anything in return.
Show that you care, listen, give advice, and joke. Above all, happiness comes from within.

No flag is perfect. Truth is I will first consider a Nigerian before citizens of other countries. However, we are bearing the consequences of fraudsters. I can assure you that most people here are working hard to change that image by rendering top-notch services.
