This is not true, how many oil deport are in Lagos compared to delta and ph. These downstream resources u are talking about can operate without moving any Abuja office close to them, I have work in an oil depot, we have dpr office right there with us, we don’t need to relocate the dpr office in Abuja b4 we carry out our operations. There’s refinery in Warri and port harcourt and akwa ibom which are coming up soon, so dangote refinery is not an excuse to move office from Abuja to Lagos.

Dangote group is a business organization, not a charity organization.
Unless NNPC can provide crude oil for dangote in naira or dangote can some how get crude oil in naira, he has no reason for selling in naira.

Dangote has paid back most of the debt according to cbn but im getting some information that he still owe about $2 billion dollars, that still a huge money.
I really want him to sell to Nigeria in naira, but it’s looks bad for his business. I just hope him n NNPC can work things out.

Since we sell him the crude in naira, he should also sell the fuel in naira to balance the equation. This is a simple arithmetic but what I know is that, if they can be sincere to themselves, naira will gain a tremendous strength because other nations will be sourcing for it to import fuel to their country. Nigeria won't need to spend over $10 billion importing refined crude again. It will have a positive effect on the naira on the short, medium and long run

I doubt he will sell in naira tho, and besides it’s the crude oil sales we use to make dollars, we will no longer have crude oil sales to make 10 billion dollars because we will be giving the crude oil to dangote to refine.
Our crude oil exports will drop drastically and we will no longer make that 10 billion dollars u are talking about
