ovadozes: That is definition of cancellation naa. Where there are no compliance, the votes are no longer valid, they will be removed from the votes you scored. The judge's can also determine whether to deduct the results from both parties then declare the New figures or order a rerun in those areas. |

cursedAbiola: how buhari's won big in kano remains a misery to me
two things are involved here it's either kano was massively rigged for Buhari or that kwankwaso worked against Atiku you cannot tell me that Buhari won massively here and same pdp are on the verge of victory in the same place
forget that trash northerners vote individual nonsense no be the same Buhari endorsed the likes of ganduje even after glaring evidence
a friend of a thief is also a thief
cc Corrinthians Is this the first presidential election you're participating in? Go check Buhari's election results in Kano since 2003 when he started contesting elections. |

[quote author=Excaperx post=76819334]When I first heard it I thought it was some kind of joke then I realized the Yoruba man was serious.
As for me it's impossible. Not even southern Kaduna will give their votes to APC/osinbanjo.
Let's see how 2023 will go when PDP field a northerner like kwakwanson.
APC=osinbanjo/el rufai.. They will loose north but win west, they will loose south south and South East.
PDP=kwakwanson/udom/obi.. They will loose west but win the rest.[/quote
So you're the one now fielding candidates for the both parties abi? Keep fooling yourself. And people are even arguing the none sense! |

-Lion That's where they missed it. Once the results are declared, they can't reverse it unless a tribunal says so. That's the point of the governor. |

Politics › Re: Court Stops INEC From Collating Bauchi Governorship Election Results by Indispensable85(m): 12:41pm On Mar 19, 2019 |
INEC keeps making very cheap mistakes. The law is clear, once a result is declared it's only the courts that can alter it in anyway.Since the returning officer has declared the results already,INEC would've just gone ahead to conduct the rerun instead of trying to reverse itself unconstitutionally. Although I don't like the Bauchi governor for obvious non performance, i think he has a very good case here. |

Politics › Re: Atiku Lines Up 400 Witnesses, Asks Tribunal To Sack Buhari, Declare Him Winner by Indispensable85(m): 12:07pm On Mar 19, 2019 |
tuniski: You guys are very poor in deduction! Again, should a State collation officer step forward to recant results declared in a state as being doctored, that is beyond gathering the electorate of the state as witnesses.
Case of widespread malpractice requires significant proportion of the electoral constituency while falssification/alteration of result in the first instance requires event/happenings at collation points which are very small.
Again, the case might be targeted at specific states to wipe out opponent's victory margins.
Just allow the case to roll no need to agitate. It is democracy and the rule of law. You're too dull, that's your problem. I remember how you failed with all your analysis here during the just concluded elections.i also remember telling you about the tsunami that was about to occur in kwara and how you insulted me.i promised to call you out after the results but i just decided to allow sleeping dogs lie.you disturbed everywhere with your Atiku victory b4 the election and was thrashed, now you've started another journey to no where. How you don't manage to see your defeat after several other defeats is just a testament of how politically naive you're. These judges in the lower courts won't learn anything. The appeal court already settled this issue of primaries in the case of balogun fulani vs Apc in kwara state. After the lower court erred in a similar manner, the appeal court clearly stated that it's the NWC that conducts primaries and not the state exco.i don't see any threat to omo agege's mandate. |

I knew they'll not return, especially those from the north. They all won in 2015 because of Buhari. The same Buhari effect sent them packing in 2019 when they moved against the tides.it was an unwise decision, especially when you are having your election same day with Buhari. |

tuniski: Leave the matter after all, only one person's statement led to the withholding of Okorochas' certificate of return and, one person led to the uturn in bauchi. Witnesses are rated. The way you guys reason sometimes is really poor. We're talking about election petition tribunal, you're talking about INEC decision. This is a court for crying out loud. You guys are too emotional that's why you can never learn anything. So you think 400 witnesses will upturn a presidential result? Many governorship election petition cases have witnessed more than 1,000 testifiers without any success. By the time these 400 witnesses come under intense cross examination more than half will be crumbled. Are you kidding me?400 witnesses for a presidential election? Nonsense! |

The margin with which Buhari won was more than the cancelled votes. But in sokoto the margin of victory is far less than the cancelled votes. Kola spot the difference and stop fooling yourself. |

ogmask: If PDP wins this vital states , then its over for Osibanjo or Tinubu's ambition for 2023, why ? Because pdp controlling Kano, Sokoto, Rivers, Adamawa, Benue , Oyo and with the good record they have in south, will do everything necessary to win 2023 even it means giving it to the north..
Op, you may not know this but I will tell you.
All of those states were pdp states in 2015. Thank me later...
Kindergarten analyst. .... Don't make the mistake of thinking because a particular party rules in a state guarantees victory for it's presidential candidate. We saw Atiku winning in Apc controlled states and Buhari winning in pdp controlled states. What will count in 2023 is the credibility, popularity, antecedence and general acceptance of the candidates of the parties not the state's they control. |
