Victor Osimhen need to really be disciplined. No doubt he is our topmost striker at the moment but that isn't excuse for misbehaving periodically. He wasn't the first to win CAF number one award. This is just like the poor working conditions in Presco PLC, Obaretin Estate, Edo State. The salaries and allowances of the workers are heavily taxed. They have ceremonial Union which does not even bark let alone bite. Union due is deducted monthly from workers salaries by defunct.
It's so annoying. An average work there especially the junior staff and contract workers are heavily suffering and forced to smile except one wants to be sacked. The conditions there ain't even bad but worse.
Expatriates are treated like lords while Nigerians especially the junior staff are highly despised.

I know that Adamma should have provided standard transport systems for her team. I am not saying she is not guilty of anything here. But there are two facts here. One, other producers have previously and repeatedly used the method Adamma used, meaning that the AGN was never proactive. Therefore, AGN should equally blame and suspend itself. AGN should admit its flaws rather than putting all the blames on Adamma. Two, aren't the crew members old enough to insist on getting life jackets for the boat journey? Security requires collective efforts but the protection of your life begins with you.

The day I entered a boat, the skippers were careless. They had life jackets but asserted that I and my friends were safe without the jackets. Union dues are deducted from workers salaries monthly even when the workers Union are rubber stamp and voiceless. In many sections especially in the factory, workers are used like slaves in their owe father's land. If you dare to stand against this, be certain that you are on your way out. Graduates (especially in the factory and maintenance sections) are treated like slaves. The company is very very very rich but it doesn't reflect in the take home of an average worker there except for those frauding the company. I say all these because I know.
