Jamaican AND African American are ethnicities both being from the black race but because of the difference in culture they are ethnicities so I am a black woman who is bi-ethnic like Barbee who is Jamaican and Nigerian she is bi-ethnic. I am in boring hick-town North Carolina (pray for me lol!) but I am from Brooklyn, NY. Sry for making you feel homesick.

The reason I asked is because Jamaican is a nationality not an ethnicity. But being African American[b]/[/b]black on the other hand can be considered an ethnic group. I will agree though that Barbee is bi-ethnic. Sorry to hear that your stuck in the middle of nowhere [hehehe, sorry couldn't help but giggle please don't be mad at my giggling grin

Honestly, I think the presence of a KFC there will be detrimental to the health of the Nigerian people. We all know for a fact that that stuff is no good. I'm not gonna lie, I eat fast food but not consistently. I usually feel sick afterward since I'm not used to eating it as often as other people. I have a friend who eats fast food every single day. Anyway, I was just saying to stay away for health reasons. Most likely the people who are gonna be buying the food aren't gonna be buying things that are healthy. I would assume they'd probably go for items on the menu that's fried and perhaps not so healthy undecided

. It's like here in the US. Although there are healthier options, people tend to choose the options that aren't healthy. My mom was telling me about how she went to Mr. Biggs in Nigeria and how the Nigerian fast food restaurant weren't up to par with their western counterparts which is a shame. There is absolutely no reason for them to have substandard fast food restaurants.

Sorry o. I no like am at all. Her performance at the show dey mash up my ears. As for whether or not she bleaches, well that's on her. I do know for a fact that there's been major photoshop work done on her photos though so it may actually be her actual skin color

I miss home but she lived in nigeria with her father when she was a little girl so her living amongst Jamaicans now has nothing to do with her decision to identify as Jamaican, maybe she didn't feel good enough in Naija but recieved loved by her Yard side. I dont know all I know is I like her and I support ANY black woman trying to eat, I'm no crab. And how long did she live in Nigeria? And yes, her living among Jamaicans has everything to do with it. I have a friend who's mother is South Korean and who's father is American and although she was raised partially in South Korean, she is more touch with her American side than her South Korean side. Where you grow up and how you live has a lot of bearing on who you are as a person. I'm not tryin' to hate on the chick but I can't help but laugh when I see her. She cracks me up just like that Nicki what's her face tongue
