My dear, you need to relax. Take a deep breath. Everything will be ok. Because you tried to overcompensate, it enabled the current guy your with to think/believe that there was nothing more to look forward to in the relationship. Look at it this way, its like someone who likes eating chocolate cake but is only able to eat it every once in a while. Now if you eat chocolate cake every single day, will it still have/give you that special feeling that you get when you it? You need try not to do so much to prove your love/appreciation for him. Trying to overcompensate has totally diminished the element of surprise in the relationship. I'm sure he cares for you and loves you as well. Try talking to him to explain why you overcompensate in the relationship. If he truly cares about you, he will understand and try to work with you on it.

Before anybody would say anything, the reason I am saying all this is that I made a post some last month and the way I crafted the post was really confusing to people and as a result of that, people( My Nigerian Brothers) where posting wrong reply and calling me names. Why? They just dont understand the content of what I posted. If it were an exam, so many people could have failed woefully.

Inked nerd was the only person who understood what I wrote. This goes a long way to reveal how poorly our educational system have become. I am sorry to say this, but to me, that is what it is.

Side Note;Inked Nerd, I need your help on something but I dont know what medium would be appropriate for communication.
