All this while hunky saved my number as blessing tailor, but change it when we were together, the day I saw a lady picture on his WhatsApp I ask who the lady was and he was like my older sister who just married. I remembered reading a thread where some set of fraudsters were said to have scammed a lot of people of funds up to #500 million in the name of bitcoin mining. Those scammers met their victims on this forum and added them to a WhatsApp group, the issue happened last year I think.
I know there are a lot of good people on this forum too, but it's difficult to differentiate between the good and the ugly as it's a faceless forum. That's why I actually decided to lockup. I just don't know who to trust.

There are things you can do to test how responsible fellows are before dealing with them.

- Check through their comments
- For how long have they registered.

That will give you some clue to relate on faceless forum.

First of, the land of which the approval was revoke was the Elegushi portion that stands in the way of the proposed road construction according to the article. The guy was right and as funny as it might seem, you're in some way right too. My point in essence is that; if anybody conducted a search for those exact portion of land before it was revoked, the search will definitely indicate such portion have State Approval and that's enough reason for people to buy.

What people are actually searching for is to confirm if particular portion of land is committed or free from government acquisition.

Though the step taken by the government currently is necessary due to the R-O-W and to sort some issues ( traffic) out.

But if anybody conducted a search into those portion like I stated above, it will revealed State Approval. So, in situations like this Government have to bear the consequences by paying compensations to affected parties.

Do you read where the report says, those portion were duly approved before by Lagos State government, but the approval was revoked.
