lai! Mohammed. hmm! always trying to twist the narrative to his own ends and advantage. re-tell the same news and story in a way to favour his govt instead rather than an objective narrative that will help the country. Admit you have failed. learn from criticism. no way!

Which fake news? which naysayers are you talking about?

This man is so versed in propaganda and half-truths that if you listen to him often you will start to believe his own version of the stories and facts he dishes out.

Questions I will like him to answere if I had the opportunity was.

Which is the real new and which isnt? the ones that favours the FG only right?
What was the Foreign Direct investments and state of economy b4 this present adminsitration?
What physical efforts have been made to curb farmer/herdmen crisis. I dont mean committe or anything, what physical efforts?

Lie should shove his lies and half truth narratives up his other orifice jo.
I am done listening to him.

CrimeAnother Mass Shooting In America, 17 Dead. 16 Wounded (photo, video) by internetpo(op):
Ash wednesday/Valentine wasn't so great fr some Americans. A former student who had been expelled for disciplinary problems killed 17 people and wounded 16 at a Florida high school Wednesday.

Police arrested the suspect, Nikolas Cruz, off school grounds without a struggle.

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said Cruz was armed with an AR-15 rifle and multiple magazines.

Israel told reporters he is “sick to his stomach” thinking how students who left their homes Wednesday morning with a backpack full of books and pencils are now dead or lying in a hospital bed.

Israel said 12 of the victims died inside the school. Three others were killed outside and two died of their wounds at a hospital.

He said the victims included students and adults, but has not publicly identified any of them yet.

PoliticsShould Smaller Parties Form An Alliance In 2019 To Give PDP And APC A Run by internetpo(op): 7:25pm On Jan 16, 2018
Unlike the UK which has at least 3 big political parties, our Nation, Nigeria seems to only have two mega political parties, The PDP and the APC, who clearly have no political ideologies, (or plans for the masses) hence the cross carpeting from one party to another at any politician's whims. Which would have been a big scandal if this was to happen in America (Who's political system we seem to be copying). Imagine a democrat becoming a republican.

As at Jan 10th this year, the political parties in Nigeria rose to 68. Yes. 68 according to the INEC Chairman, prof yakub (ref. https://twitter.com/inecnigeria/status/951070911377170432).

Those chanting I have my PVC ready or "waiting for buhari in 2019", Tell me how it will be possible to "send him back to Daura". Personally I think rigging would be easier this way for the ruling party and electoral results collation will also take eternity too. The Only way we the youth stand a chance is to pool together under one party to fight the two big collosals (APC and PDP) in 2019. This is a clarion call to all these new, youthful and 'intellectual"parties and anyone with direct links to them. Let's form an alliance - a 3rd Alternative.

In 2014, The AC (action Congress), ANPP (all nigeria's progressive party) and CPC (congress for political change) came together formed a political alliance (All Progressive Congress) and in less than a year knocked PDP 'off the throne'. I think these more solid and aideological parties can do the same if they bound together.

Its very important we don't make the same mistake we made in 2015 (interested in booting out GEJ but never interested in what was coming next. else the next set of leaders we have will be worse).

Calling on
@Kowangr
@AbundantNigeria
@NigeriaYouthPo1
(any other party of great mention, you think is ok)

Let's start a movement, (a hashtag here) with this to get things going. Till it gets to the leaders of these new parties. We need a 3rd alternative to carry our dreams,and aspirations of young Nigerians. which platform will that be.

Lalasticlala, Mynd44. Am I making sense? can this get to the front page for mor econtributions?

PoliticsRe: Governor Umahi Spotted Playing Football, Scores 2 Goals (photos) by internetpo(m): 11:43am On Jan 05, 2018
Wisdomkosi:
Reports reaching our news desk have it that the Ebonyi State Governor, Engr. Dr. David Nweze Umahi on 4/01/18 was seen in the middle of the field displaying his vibrancy and high skillfulness as he played with other Ebonyi State Stakeholders Team were he scored 2 goals within an hour match at UBURU.
According to a statement released by Nweze Francis his media aide…

”His display of high skill and strength today goes a long way to prove the ability he posses in handling the tedious works of Governorship. Governor Umahi seems to be the most strongest Governor across his Zone as he works tirelessly in both day and night. His inspection habit in the state proved the assertions as correct.
A friend of mine was bold to tell me that he cannot handle the Job of governorship if he is given the opportunity to do so having seen how stressful it is. In his statement, he said; Gov. Umahi possess the strength no other Governor has and that is why he is delivering effectively in his duties as Ebonyi Governor.
During a football match today at the event center of Osbourne La-palm, the Governor did not only play effectively but he scored two goals against his opponent within an hour which is symbolic as it is believed that it represents his successful two terms in office.” See photos below

HealthRe: 3m Bottles Of Codeine-containing Syrup Consumed Daily In Kano, Jigwa by internetpo(m): 9:44am On Dec 18, 2017
Ijaya123:
See many comments shading the north over codine. Every topic is now subjected to tribal connotations of nairaland. Quite appalling.

Here in the south, the abuse is even worse beyond codine especially among the youths irrespective of gender. They now call it Coco, you even hear names like SK, loud, tramadol, rephnol and lots I can't even pronounce. This was the subject of discussion with some folks yesterday.

It is now like a standard for young guys who are in their early 20s to spike their system with sex enhancing drugs before they can perform in 'the other room.' How do you rationalise this please? I wonder what they will be consuming when they are in their 40s and above.

Don't even know where to place the blame. Is it wrong societal influence, failed family control, terrible upbringing, total lack of government intervention and regulations or the erroneous definition of our value system? What role are the churches playing on this issue?

The hard truth is drug abuse is becoming a norm among the youths in this country, regardless of gender or region.

Urgent measures need to be taken or Prof. Wole Soyinka's words might just come to pass. Wasted generations I shudder to think about it.
Nice points raised there.
But this abuse of codein. How do they do it I am curious to know. You have an idea? Do they boil and drink the cough syrup or what?
