If you have common sense there is a reason why Federal government is building Lekki seaport, when you have Onne, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Warri and Onitsha yet to be commercially functional. You afonjas cannot reason why! Same reason applies to airports, that's why Port Harcourt Airport too is not functioning well. If you want Anambra Airport to be as busy as Lagos or Abuja, ask senate to pass laws to scrap FAA (Federal Aviation Authority), giving states rights to make those decisions. Then you will see what will happen. Same for NPA (National Port Authority)

When we say rigging, I think it's important for us to understand how rigging happens. If all polling units (PUs) will use machines and results transmitted electronically during this election, it will significantly reduce the chances of rigging this election. All parties must have reliable agents in all the PUs.

More importantly, people can only rig where they are popular. It will be extremely difficult to have a Northerner rig the election for Tinubu when Atiku and Kwankwanso are on the ballot. Several reports have shown that APC members in the north put Atiku Abubukar pix in their posters to use his popularity to ride into power like they did with Buhari in the previous years.

In truth, I see that Peter Obi clearly has an edge in this election being the only popular Christian candidate in this race. Apart from being very qualified, many northern Christian minorities may decide to vote for him because it's only fair for a Southern Christian to take over from a northern Muslim. Yes, they will argue that Nigeria is an egalitarian and secular society, so a Muslim cannot take over from another Muslim.

Besides, Fulani herdsmen have really dealt with everyone and that will make the same demographics to want to vote for Southern Christian to feel safe in their country. However, Labour Party is relatively unpopular so he has a lot of work to do.

As for Tinubu, his people say he's a master strategist so he will sort himself out.

I forsee a runoff....

It is a biassed statement that has no objective proof. Anyhow Human development remains a major problem in Lagos in the areas of Education and Healthcare. Tinubu does not have surgery in Lagos , his children do not attend LASU and unemployment and crime are major worries

I do agree that the Niger Delta governors could do more . It is not just a Tinubu issue but a Yoruba issue.The bitter truth is the Yoruba are more politically advanced and if you want to give credit for vision the real owner is Awolowo NOT Tinubu.

4 divisions Epe,Badagry , Ikeja and Ikorodu were under the Western region till 1966 and the foundation for what we see across the state was laid by Awolowo NOT Tinubu

Moving from Lekki axis to MMIA to catch your flight is the greatest nightmare any Lekki dweller can face.

I remember somebody who dropped off someone traveling to London at Ikeja Airport and set back to return to Lekki. He was still in traffic around Ozumba Mbadiwe when the person he dropped off called him that he’s already in London. Madness!

I don't make argument base on sentiments but base on popular opinion.
I have lived in both Lagos and Anambra. The popular opinion in Anambra is that Peter Obi is the best Governor that the State has produce since 1999 while the popular opinion in Lagos is that Fashola is the best the state has produce since 1999 .
Tinubu is a generous man that has touch many lives. However the popular opinion in Lagos is that he has direct access to the State revenue since leaving office and will remove any Governor that stand on his way. Many Lagosians also believe that Tinubu was a former drug Baron in USA. I will not vote such man as my President even if he is from my village.
You can accuse Obi of corruption. Anambra people reported Obiano to EFCC but have not accuse Obi of any hence your accusation is baseless. Unlike Tinubu, Obi's critics have not accuse him of any crime before or after he left Office. We all know his age, Schools he attend and places he had work.
That is the credibility that Tinubu does not have.
