In Addition.

Make sure all the computers are on the same workgroup, (if not, right click "my computer" and select properties, on the computer name section, select "network ID" and give the workgroup name. After that has been succssfully done, you'll be prompted to restart, do that.

When done, click on run, and type \\"name of the computer where the printer is installed", when it opens, double-click on the printer name and follow the instructions. (that is to add printer that has been shared otherwise share the printer using the step my fellow nairalander posted.)

For file sharing, follow "jamznato" posting.

Also confirm if the power cable is properly connected to the cpu _{if you connect the monitor to the cpu}. If it still persist, verify if the cable is working by trying it on another system.

Else, contact a system engineer near you.

That to the best of my knowledge (which is questionable) is an older type of radio, any internet servicing company can use it to dispense internet connectivity to its subscriber. You cannot detect the isp by looking at that.

What you should do is talk to the person using the internet connection.
