I just want all nlers to share your worst hotel experience/experiences ever
Mine goes thus;
I went for an internship for a world bank sponsored program somewhere in Benue State, Wanune precisely and was lodged in the supposed most exquisite hotel in the town and was asked to pair in a room, same sex pairing imagine. The bathroom and toilets were not functioning, we have to use bucket and batheing pale to make do for 3 horrendous weeks.

I was about 16 when my dad caught me in the morning in my room kissing my elder sister's friend who came to pass the night with her, it happened that I thought he was already gone to work before I made my advances at her which she responded affirmatively, then shortly my dad badged in without knocking on the door. He didn't say a word till evening when he came back from work, he then cautioned me... that was when I knew I have grown up, no beating, no baclashing, just caution. I was in SS3 then

Mine happened sometime around 2015/2016 at the hostel in my School.

There is this long passage leading to different rooms...there is one entrance as the other end was blocked.
One night a snake crawled into the hall, and the able bodied men of the hostel were called on to help kill the snake...the snake ran to the other end and was cornered.. So it became aggressive; battle ready as the guys were approaching it with sticks, stones etc.
There was this large crowd at the entrance watching, and so the hall was crowded and it was difficult for any to move out unless you are at the door....
Just when the able bodied guys were close to the snake and wanted to strike, NEPA collected power and the hall became dark ...now imagine being in the dark with a black snake....well there was a stampede....after struggling for like 3mins to go out, I was running out of the hostel when my bathroom left my foot and hit my back...
That night I ran like a mad man shouting... "The snake done bite me".....
