NECO has never conducted junior secondary school exams. They are conducted by the state ministry board. That's why JSS 3 students take their exams at different times in different dates. The one for lagos is different from the one for Anambra. That's also why they cannot be ranked. There's no best JSS 3 student in the country except in their States

Oga since NECO started they have been conducting JSS3 exam for Federal Unity schools and others

For 3years now I have been planning to go to ABU Zaria for a post graduate study in Pipeline engineering but fear of insecurity couldn't allow me. I bought a form last year and couldn't even check if I was given admission. I would have finished by now now or on the verge had I was brave. The irony of the whole thing is the more I wait to see if insecurity problem will subside, the more the thing heightens.
