Is it today that Muslim students start wearing hijab to school ? This is a practice that has been happening for God knows when even among their teachers and people of other profession and I wonder why you now think it is Aregbesola's doing.


The Christian leaders are the ones making themselves the willing tools in the hands of the enemies of that state. I attended an Anglican primary school managed by the government but on every Friday we always have our morning prayers in the Islamic ways without anybody killing each other.

We even have imam in school then teaching IRK.






The practice was the same when I later transferred to an Ansar-ud-deen school where we have our morning prayers in the Christian ways from monday -Tuesday , on Wednesday you pray silently and call whatever God you which while Thursday - Fridays are for Islamic prayers.



That's why during our days all the students are able to know most the popular songs in the S.O.P and still recite fati'a and other Islamic verses.




This latest move and agitation is strange to us in Yorubaland . Every normal Yoruba family have people of the two religion and they co-exist without any fighting among them.




( And FYI, even my own patents are practicing different religions and they live together in peace).

any apparel other than the prescribed uniform is illegal my brother, it doesnt matter how long the illegality had gone on. the impunity in this country today is because people have seen stealing and mediocrity as a way of life for too long.

gentleman, we do what is expedient to recover the stolen loot. ok would you have prefered charging every thief to court and having the cases run their course, which may be 1yr, 2yrs, 4yrs....we simply dont know....and some of them will get away with a few yrs jail term and return to spend the loot, or we cajole them to return our money. and mind you the FG will continue to have lawyers paid for the life span of those cases...running into billions.

if you agree to refund money, we can let you off the hook, otherwise the prosecution will proceed...

its very simple...they call it plea bargaining...

and it doesnt mean they will still not be charged in the future depending on their level of involvement in the crime, but lesser charges will be brought against them...

Janevive was wrong on this. She shoukd have just sent the cash and tweeted about how it was an oversight that she regrets.....

Rather than calling the poor boy a pig and returning the gown....it's already second hand in any case...

Somebody disburses funds allocated to him by the party on behalf of his political party for the purpose of political campaign and you arrest him for prosecution because "he should have known that the money given to him was stolen". Then arrest & prosecute the party heirachy that gave him the funds. E.g, Adamu Muazu & GEJ.

I pity your reasoning...it's easier to arrest the people that obtained and misapropriated the finds than those that authorized it for many reasons..

1. There is no document to show that gej authorized funds for funding election...

2. The office of president will not be prosecuted because of political expidiency....

3. However the people down the ladder will answer for the financial crimes....

welcome development, hope personnel are given adequate training on usage and maintenance..

hmmm, i really sympathize with you. but its only in Nigeria that you feel someone that offered you training has to pay you. what happened to you taking whatever you learned from that training and using it to better your life?

the other day, one guy was complaining that the 25k or so being proposed for the N Power program was small. i just laughed. the government is trying to impart entrepreneurship skills in you and put you to work for 2 years while you earn a stipend, and you still complain.

how about people who have to pay to learn these skills, and they are doing well fro themselves...

Is this some sorta competition or what Muslims are known for wearing Hijabs. Whether they abuse it or not is no one's business. Let the kids be competitive in other areas of their lives, rather than in religious 'battles'

One might say these could be coincidences but the truth is that many things which people regularly dismiss as coincidence are often loaded with meaning. In both pics the lady is pointing her chest inwards at Mr. Vicker. Any student of psychology can tell you that this is a classic giveaway of emotional involvement.

It's to be expected. Women are phenomenally easy to manipulate once they get comfortable with you, especially for a good looking, rich and relatively powerful man.
