1. The communities never had light when the oil was flowing at $100 per barrel
2. For every N100 that issue spent in community development, N1m is taken by looters and Northern oil owners cabal, so forget about the talk of it affecting development.
3. You just made a barefaced lie about Ogoni cleanup that has been moribund
4. All we want is restructuring
