DailyNews: This is a great thread you started here @Carmelion, its a commendable move.
I have read some of your words, and they are also nice, keep it up.
But I have some words to say to you and to other single ladies reading this.
Believe me Carmelion, so many girls don't want to experience a heartbreak or to date a guy that will play them and I also believe that many desire to be virgins even till wedding night but the problem is this-
Our today ladies have gotten it all wrong. They have wrong priorities. They always loose their law, discipline, pride and all out of greed, and desire to own all manners of good things they see on television, movies, musical videos or those they hear or read about. Some keep measuring their life with female celebrities, girls from rich families; they just want to wear same clothe they wore, same show, use same phone they use, dine in same restaurants they dine, etc, when they, their family, etc can't even afford quarter of those things they want to acquire, so what's the next option?
They resort to running around with rich play boys who have someone they love and are just looking for cheap girls with easy virtue to sleep with just for fun, and mind you, they have the money to spend to get what they want- fun of course, and in the process, the girl fall in love cos of the money and material things the guy is showering on her, not knowing the guy isn't out for a serious date, just having some moments of fun, and when he is done, he moves to the next prey.
So the problem is with the ladies- let the single ladies be contented with whatever their family, and they themselves can provide for themselves and see whatever comes from their male lovers as a courtesy and not a necessity or a priority.
Even the rich guys hate materialistic girls, but they won't tell her, they will even buy her gifts, cars, jewelry, etc just to get in between her legs. Being materialistic isn't only applicable to girls or ladies who are still student or unemployed, even the so-called working class single ladies seems to be the worst, and u keep wondering why they even laboured to be financially independent if they keep clamouring for money, material things?
Any lady that's not materialistic, not greedy, not clamouring to wear the costliest clothe, shoes, hair, makeup, etc can hardly fall for playboys, that's the truth. She is only moved by good personality and money or gifts can't influence her to act against her will to sleep with you as a guy when she isn't ready to do that.
In summary, carmelion, try and educate your fellow single ladies on the need for them to stop being too freaky about money, material things, bling bling, and what have u. And pls remember, I am not saying a girl shouldn't date a rich guy, lol, that will be backstabbing myself, cos someone must date the rich, but study his personality and who he is before going on with him and dnt just be wowed by the fact that he drives a BMW X6, Range Evogue or Benz G550, etc. Go for who he is and not what he is or what he has and u will be greatly respected n will never regret.

I'm so proud of my African Queens especially on this thread and most especially the OP. . In my association with all manners of girls , I found out that responsible girls demand for so many things some unrealistic while the irresponsible one do not even know what they want. It create a problem for us guys cos u spent your time trailing a girl , hook up and start a relationship then you found out she is not ready to handle a relationship , probably just wanted a shoulder to lean on. You then find ways to get out then look for another , the circle continues. . Do you think we enjoy it? No |

J12: I understand you perfectly, alot of nigerians are like you. People like you let people who hold "offices that represent the nigerian state" abuse their position and privilege. That's why Nigeria is in a sorry state. Then we should concentrate our energies on building institutions that can check the abuse of position rather than fighting on who is occupying the office. A judge grant a thief relief of 750k and nobody is making any concrete move to push for the reform of the judicial system , everybody just ranting on the internet. |

J12: I find it quite disturbing to see that these kleptocrats are being revered when they're supposed to be scorned and abused. Those 'kleptocrats' are what represent the sovereignty and dignity of Nigeria. Their offices represent the institution of the Nigerian state . If you truly believe they should be abused then if another African or white man abuse you , you shouldn't complain because you don't respect the office that represent you. It is your duty to ensure that the right representatives are occupying that office. Scorn on the Office of the President and you are scorning on the Dignity of the Nigerian nationhood and YOUR dignity as a Nigerian |

DonCrust: For her to have called you severally before finally telling you is a sign that she's remorseful and telling you means she value what you guys have going on. My girlfriend once called me that a guy tried to visit her "Reproduction apparatus" in school and that she refused. She apologized and I forgave her simply because I love her and I don't care to know what went down. You need to know that we are human and bound to make mistakes. If truly you love her, let this be her past, see her as a prodigal daughter and do your best to make the relationship work.
Best of luck! Best post . The girl is my kind of girl I love girls with conscience. It was clearly a mistake which she never thought it would go to that extent. However if you really want her n love her , don't accept her apologies so quickly , make her sweat for it but not too long Sir. Carrot n stick. So that when she remember how hard it was to get back her man's trust , she will think correctly next time. She may be the devil you know. Keep her |

Please don’t swim with a piece of gold round your neck, wrist or any part of your body cuz if you do, you will surely lose the precious stone (don’t ask me how) I heard that you dont enter into a river (not pool) with gold. A friend of my mine told me she went to Bar-beach with some friends for the celebration of last year lover's day which she reluctantly go. After the whole fun and jolliment, on the way back home she realized that the 18 karat gold her father bought for her was no more on her neck and she was sure she wore it to the place. I asked her if she entered in the ocean with it? She said yes, then i told her "the gold is gone" she asked 'how" and i said "i don’t know, so i learnt that u don’t enter into a wide river with such thing"

I see no responsibility nor respect in your relationship. Once you make him to realise that you have nowhere to go no matter how he treats you then he will just be showing you luv at his convenience. I don't know how old you are but u surely need a mutual relationship that doesn't keep you guessing. I wonder why girls do think that only one person could love them and so afraid to let go no matter the treatment. |
