Wike and SIM don fight Dem selves create room for mushroom party. You really think any mushroom party can win LG election in this country? In an election fully controlled by the state government. The results have been written in government house before today. |

Theflint1: But why has INEC refused to release the voter register?
The election he's conducting would be annulled sha, all INEC needs say is they conducted the elections with an invalid voters register. That's the judgment of the court. See attached.

BlueRayDick: But u watched where Fubara said the police don't have any judgement ordering them to stop the election right? Instead the judgement says they shouldn't provide secuirty.
Oya take mic, tell us what the police was doing at RSIEC headquarters when the court judgment said they shouldn't provide security ? Are they niw elections observers?
We know it is a case of hand of Esau, voice of Jacob I no be their spokesperson na They will soon tell us why they were there |

Theflint1: Simple as that, all they need do is come up with some reason, or not, and move collation center somewhere else, run their games and announce anything. It's clear to the blind and audible to the deaf how elections will happen in 2027. There's a reason BAT does not care about current hardship. |

BlueRayDick: You heard Fubara in the video saying there's no court judgement that says RSIEC cannot proceed with the election. You confirmed same yesterday when you said and I quote: " The judge tried to be clever. He didn't outrightly say they shouldn't conduct the election.
So why is the police there?
If the court judgment the police is relying on says the police should not provide security for the elections, isn't it expected that a neutral police will recuse itself from the whole election process, wait for any of the parties to fumble and then take action to hold the parties responsible for breakdown of law accountable? All I'm saying is, people saying policemen were there to cart away election materials makes no sense. If that was indeed their mission, no one would have stopped them. I have even watched Fubaras video over and over. He didn't mention anything like that. |

seankafor: oga, there were still some policemen and security apparatus loyal to fubara as you can see in that video..
So why did the police finally leave the premises when they were chased out? Police and security apparatus loyal to Fubara? Which country are you living in? So you mean the IG of police will give a direct order to cart away election materials and police officers "loyal" to Fubara will refuse? |

Lol
I am not even supporting anyone. I pray they both end their political careers, and God will definitely punish two of them
I am just showing you what State police can do in the hands of a governor (for those supporting it).[/color] And If they were there to cart it away, na Fubara go stop them? Fubara was called that the police officers were at RSIEC to cart away materials and the officers waited for him at the entrance till he mobilised everyone that followed him and got there. |

Theflint1: Will INEC be releasing the voter register to them, or is RSIEC already in possession of the voter register ? RSIEC says its already in possession of the voter register but I have every reason to believe it's a lie. First, the INEC REC has denied giving RSIEC the list and secondly, no one has seen this register RSIEC claims to have. Ideally, the register should have been published by now if they truly have it. INEC does the same months before every election. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Itsrm(m): 6:28pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
BlueRayDick: Maybe the protest is just for optics.
But can the courts stop an already scheduled election from holding when there's no major breakdown of law & order or something serious happening? The judge tried to be clever. He didn't outrightly say they shouldn't conduct the election. He said RSIEC did not comply with certain provisions of the law in setting the date for the election and because of that, INEC shouldn't release voters register to them till they do the needful. More like, I'm not stopping the election. However, you must do A and B before you proceed with the election. Fubara however has decided to proceed with the election in spite of the judgment |

BlueRayDick: itsrm wetin Fubara dey cook for Rivers?
I heard he gave Thursday and Friday as public holiday to preceed the LGA election on Saturday and now APC and PDP are doing joint protest. The election will hold as planned and the already written results will be published. Wike and his men will try to invalidate the outcome of the election in court based on Fubaras refusal to obey court judgment asking Risec not to proceed with the election. They will attempt to prevent allocation to those selected local government chairmen using the court. The protest is what I really don't understand. The whole idea is stupid. |

Whether true or false, all it does is to send many innocent (and some not-so-innocent) souls down the road to perdition. And one thing most of them don't know is that once they register on a bet site with the referral link of any influencer, for every money they lose, the bet companies pays the influencer a set percentage. That is the secret behind the flamboyant lifestyle of most betting influencers. You win, influencer tells you to bless him. You lose, the bet company pays him. Win win situation |
