raumdeuter: If Wike supports Tinubu that is a very bold move. Will Ikpeazu Ugwuanyi and Ortom also follow?
What is Wikes calculation? Maybe he believe Tinubu will win and he has to align himself with the winner Obi would have been the safe option but politicians surely know better than me
So it looks like if Tinubu should win, Wike will control Rivers PDP, while Magnus Abe control Rivers APC What now happens to Amaechi During his interview with BBC, he sort of hinted that he feels PO is the best candidate available but he doesn't think he will win. He's aligning himself with the candidate he believes will win. Besides, we don't know what EFCC has in stock for him . He has to be on the winning side |

chrisooblog: Ameachi in the mud. Heard PDP is backing Tonye Cole in return politics does make strange bed fellows. Magnus Abe was Tinubus choice for Rivers APC governorship candidate. The APC structure in the state is however with Amaechi so it was easy to tilt the prinaries in the direction of his long time ally Tonye Cole. Tonye Cole does not openly campaign for Tinubu while Magnus Abe sponsors a lot of radio jingles for Tinubu If PDP NWC likes let them back Tonye Cole, he won't win. The guy is not that popular in the streets of PH. If they had given the ticket to Magnus Abe, maybe , just maybe he would have had a slight chance. Magnus kinds of resonate more with the people than Tonye Cole. My wild theory is that Magnus leaving the APC was part of Wikes grand plan to divide whatever votes APC was hoping to get. Magnus is a very good friend of Wike and I hear he had a significant portion of the contract to build the law school. I believe he will be duly compensated when Fubara wins. |

chrisooblog: Hmmm interesting any thoughts itsrm
https://www.nairaland.com/7548497/wike-poses-nation-newspaper-amidst He's 100% supporting Tinubu. The moment I started hearing him tell people during campaigns that the leaders of the party at the ward level will tell them who to vote for, I knew he was going for Tinubu. I still don't see Tinubu winning Rivers State but he will definitely get more than 25% with the governors support. |

Tinubu used his mouth to tell us PDP mismanaged the economy and that was why the exchange rate for a dollar was as high as N216. Now Tinubu's party enter we all know what exchange rate is after 8 years. He no remember to call out Emefiele that time o.

BlueRayDick: Itsrm when I tell u banks are complicit in the whole scarcity of new notes, this is what I mean.
Where do u think those spraying these new notes in the videos below got it from? It's definitely not directly from CBN's mint/vault. And I don't think merchant banks give physical cash to their customers. They obviously got it from commercial banks whose CEO's are lamenting scarcity of the new notes.
Before anybody say they got it from money changers, just know that the money changers also got it from the commercial banks and not directly from CBN.
https://youtube.com/shorts/qddxDSdhUkY?feature=share
https://youtube.com/shorts/AVXb9aW3TZ8?feature=share Maybe they got it from Jaiz bank On a serious note, someone asked a question that has gotten me thinking How come Tinubu and other APC members who have come out to condemn Emefiele and even Buhari did not put out this kind of outrage when ASUU was on strike or when the naira was on a free fall Is it not funny that it's now these people are concerned about the suffering of the common man. |

BlueRayDick: I know of firstbank, stanbic and UBA banks in Lagos that have been loading their ATM's since last week continuously.
Maybe everything about that una PH just dey different sha from buying fuel at exorbitant pump price and now not having banks that load ATM machines with new notes. Banks in Lagos are loading ATM machines with new notes; u just need to stay on the long queue and withdraw not more than the 20k daily limit. I can't speak for Lagos sha but new notes are quite scarce here. Last week was even better and we were complaining. Someone called my wife begging her to help her with new notes that the POS business she does is all she survives with. When she told the woman she didn't have, the woman was begging her that she'll tip her They themselves are wishing they had kept like 300k from the new notes that had last week and release little by little this week. People don use ATM collect everything now shishi dem no get. |

BlueRayDick: 1000 naira .
It’s the banks and their staff/management that are part of people sabotaging the whole thing .
It’s just similar to when Ambode took the job of PSP operators and came up with Visionscape. What happened next ? People poured refuse almost everywhere ; in fact the area I was staying back then people will dump refuse everywhere but the visionscape large refuse containers provided at strategic areas .
I believe those bank CEO’s are not in tune with Emefiele’s policy and would not mind to frustrate it if the chance presents itself . This is not true at all. They just don't have the money themselves. ATM o, over the counter o, they don't have new notes to give. Trust me, if they indeed have and are hoarding it, CBN would have come down hard on them. CBN wasted no time handing out fines of 5m to any bank caught dispensing old notes through their ATM machines. They deployed their staff to move around ATMs and record videos of any machine still dispensing old notes. That's the extent the CBN is willing to go. |

airmark: You want us to keep on using useless winger like Sterling that can't dribble and become clueless with the ball when opponents sit back, right?
Where were you when Barca, Bayern, Madrid, Liverpool were winning UCLs with exciting wingers? Only stupid big clubs will not get his wings marshalled by mad progressive dribblers and stick to a Sterling that can't dribble a cone. I don't know why you always think that anyone who doesn't like your shakushaku players with no end product must like Sterling. My position on Sterling on this thread is well documented. See below Itsrm: There's really nothing to see. . He receives the ball, cuts inside, the defender correctly anticipates his move and nips the ball away. He falls down hoping for the whistle and the refs who already know his antics ignore him. Rinse and repeat.
Both of them in my opinion are the same. Very unreliable in front of goal. Itsrm: No difference. Miss 100, score one. Werner in that team probably has the same number of goals as Sterling. Werner should never have been sold especially when the replacement is Sterling Exciting wingers must have the numbers to show for it. No be exciting we go chop. Football has moved past that stage where players just come to dribble for the fun of dribbling. By the way, If we ask you to bring the attack stats of Saint-Maximin another story will enter. |

Please I need advice base on experience o.
So we just cleared some cars and one of them - a benz e350 2006 (Toks) caught my attention after we recently fixed gear.
I would like to travel with this car to Molete (Kwara state) between 8th -12th February (next month) but i dont know what is both legal and street OT way of moving UNREGISTERED VEHICLE To and fro!
So please:
1- what legal reason can I have to move tokunbo from lagos to Kwara and back without ownership documents. Only Customer and clearing papers. Toks
2- if legal reason dey, abeg what should i expect on the road as regards driving a toks inter state, legal wise and street wise?
3- lastly car is of low clearance profile to the ground , is the road merciful for this kain car?
Note:
License is intact and up to date.
Vehicle clearance and C papers are original (no backdoor).
I am used to traveling (cotonou, ekiti and edo) but ONLY in used and registered vehicles with papers always up to date. So I’m developing a cold feet to doing toks without getting in trouble.
Better safe than sorry.

(The picture below is irrelevant as its of the car maintenance, but i need you to respond) As long as its not a stolen vehicle you should be fine. Some smart policemen have a way of detecting stolen vehicles on the highway which i won't mention here for obvious reasons. Keep a lot of 200 and some 500 naira notes. Policemen on your route and generally in the South West are usually nice. The real devil's start from Ore enroute Benin but you won't be using that route. All the best |
