People need low cost housing they can rent or own out of a mortgage plan. The need is so massive that it is a project in all states of the federation to only be undertaken by government.
Government can also make the trillions of naira which will be set aside for projects like this available as subsidy for importers or manufacturers of building materials in order to reduce the cost of materials and make it easy for people to own their own homes.

State governments today are not taking on "low cost housing" projects but taking pride in developing massive projects that will take only the rich to reach.

We need to put the masses who are fast denied opportunities into consideration in order to have a stable society.

i do remember a few years ago, IPOB did try peaceful protest but got massacred by the police, i guess when you respond to peace with violence you get a return in investment. the governments actions towards protests whatsoever indicates they cant and wont stomach it, they would rather exchange bullets.

I used a few of these cookers commercially for some years and experienced nthis about 3times out the f about 6 of them. So it's a 50/50 chance that it will happen to this glass top thermacool cookers. Very annoying.
It has nothing to do with expiration because one of them occoured in a few months of purchase while others lasted a bit over a year. It's just a case of sub standard glass being used for the top. And they all shattered when they had cooled and just sitting there.
Sad news is, no replacement top anywhere so it's junk when this happens.
