What are the billions budgeted for healthcare(though it is quite a pittance compared to what it should be) every year used for then?
This government does not seem to be serious.I do not begrudge the President his treatment,he is definitely entitled to it,but what is he doing to better the Nigerian healthcare system?

It probably isn't the incompetence of the doctors but the politics of tribe, Maybe the best doctors are not found within the presidents tribe. But Nigeria could still invite the foreign doctors to work with the Nigerian doctors on the health of Mr President.

This same judge would resign if there is a case of serious money laundering by a politician.

If a senator is importing rice, at least it should be duly declared as rice and the correct custom duty paid. Declaring as yeast raises a question and the answer is that this senator intended to rob the nation of the revenue on this commodity. That is illegal.
This senator could have invested in a rice plantation instead, this is why they never pass reasonable laws because they are into shady deals. There are several highly placed persons into importation of generators in Nigeria, hence our poor power supply.

I wonder if people ultimately feel they can get away with crime.

If the story is true the fellow that snapped it should've easily reported to police with picture evidence of police arresting them on their next runs.

That alone makes for a complete story. So story is incomplete and regarded as false.

Nigerian Police? Can you make an anonymous report to our police, can you ensure your safety after? Will the police see it as criminal act or a source code revenue or income, whatever...

Its tough to live this old in this age, 50 years from now we will certainly find fewer people aged over 100.

I cannot say this is wickedness, because these men do not even know they are killing their customers by this and perhaps they also consume the same beans. I refer to an earlier poster who described how to suitably clean and prepare this sort of beans for a meal.

I just cant imagine how in modern time someone knows that a substance can kill anything alive in minutes and you think its the best for preserving any kind of human food.......crazy!!!!

However people should learn to sensor images before posting, but I would be against moderators blocking or taking them down. If you cant view, when it says "Graphic photos" then don't click. The warning is there.

Well, i guess for now the trend has to be discouraged else no one will register for the small scale "Legal" refineries when it begins. Those who will want to do this legally will become slaves to the illegal morons who are into all sorts of other illegalities like oil theft, arms deals, etc. So the Illegal refining has to be squashed.
However there are many illegal businesses going on in Nigeria along side duly registered ones
1. Beer palours
2. Hotels
3. Cloths (people who sell cloths on the street corners, round-about and pavements at night outsmart the genuine boutiques who would stock average stuff affordable to most people.
4. Restaurants
5. Transportation
etc

That is the World Right Now!
