justscorchone:Nna na wa o my brother!!!!! ![]() |
Again there will be no names, no arrests and RIP to the dead. |
Major housing projects are supposed to be responsibility of government, directly or indirectly. Government have done nothing to ease the troubles of landlords or would be landlords. 1. They offer no tax relief, no subsidies on building materials, houses are not imported. 2. Government does not facilitate quick C-of-Os, 3. Government do not look into community or council levies and area boys troubles landlords go through during building. 4. They do not support free loans from banks either. 5. Landlords dont get legal support when tenants cause permanent damage to property or cannot pay rent for a period and landlord have to pay lawyers. So what basis does the senate have to decide how a landlord charges for rent, is that a mortgage system? Soon they will come up and say if the tenant lives for x number of years he can claim ownership of your property. Its makes sense to ease the tough times faced by tenants but its very unfair to the land lords. People will decide not to rent unless you quietly comply to their terms. What if a landlord chooses to rent his property only for a year at a time and after that you quit? What if a tenant prefers to pay yearly or multiple years rent, to make it easier for him in the long term, assuming he is getting allowance for this by his employer? |
LatestAmebo:No be tomorrow the guy go say he still de owe am. |
Ola2004:They have both been beheaded by now ![]() In Iran some young people were remanded and charged for dancing to the song "Happy" |

She could have simply blocked him instead of engaging in the persuasive chat. |

our money, our money, our money....... |
dessz:Well done, but crime on its own is a study and most methods have already been cracked. |
So easy to find and arrest a thief among thieves. |
After saying fire should burn government, you still ask for help? If you are pleading for assistance please be less provocative, everything is twisted in our country bro. God help the victim to find a life again after all he has lost. |
RECO:This boy doesn't completely know what he was doing, I bet that. Our youths are misled by the things they see and hear everyday, from watching uncensored movies at home to broken homes, wayward parents, poor upbringing, being patronized by politicians and thugs to do dirty jobs with small cash rewards etc. When you have a young girl leading a gang or renting guns to robbers, then all is not well with our society, we need to start campaigns larger than our political rallies sponsored by churches, schools and NGOs aimed at correcting the thinking of our youths. Like it or not society did this to them and society must save our future leaders and parents and supposed to be managers of society before its too late. Already we have the set of affected youths turning NYSC members and graduates already. Watch and see the pace of bank fraud, organised crime and corruption that will grow in our society within the next 5 years. |
Society needs to wake up to correct our youths, things are really going wrong. |
ijustdey:I will count luck if he gets his money back. |
lolexzy:No the others are squatting. I hope we will partner with GE to improve our power generation technology and improve supply, bring in Boeing to assemble airliner in Nigeria, partner with North Korea to build missiles or India to develop the first Nigerian space shuttle. |
autojosh:was an accident not a police chase. |
Tazdroid:Have you checked the southern schools to see that this is not an ongoing thing for years? Note that in southern schools, the students do not study in separate classes and the teachers may not find reason to "rush" to investigate a gathering of some sort, making this kind of actions covert. |
pestrolus2002:I agree bro |
If the students set up a vigilante to ambush these wicked thieves, people will begin to condemn their actions. The wrong over right in our society is getting out of hand. Dark streets, dark corners, dark campuses, teenage boys moving around with guns every where? how can this all be stopped? |
Died under investigation, in the bush or ??While these questions may be asked anyway, we all hope that before eliminating these wanted persons, all vital information are squeezed out of them and of-course they should be properly identified. The menace of cultism which has graduated from our campuses into the streets is horrific to say the least. |
i wonder why these governors and their escorts drive like mad people. Risking the lives of governors and other personnel. No be this same dangerous roads them de drive? |
This is a miracle! she has been raised from the dead. |

There is no personal formula any pastor, bishop or reverend can adopt. The ways of the lord are very clear in the bible. That is why our minds usually cast doubt or raise query at some actions, no need to wonder if they are a new way of the Christianity. |
