You can't be a world leader if you are not in the technology an innovation scene. America, China and likes will be on top because they are by far leading in innovation. Good, these Islamic countries have been able to gather wealth from high crude oil price but sadly, Oil is loosing it's value by the day. I doubt it will last 30 years being the world's "No 1" commodity. Shale oil which is the result of innovation is going to keep bringing the prices low. If Allah couldn't give these folks foresight and wisdom to prop up oil price, I don't think the wisdom to conquer the world will be available
