I have seen designer bags made of these Ghana must go type of material. If they ever import such to Nigeria or Africa, we would buy and feel among with it.
Now one of us decided to trailblaze and all we do is condemn her? But if na Oyinbo now, it would be the next trending thing. Truly, we as Africans have issues!
The lady to me, although looked poor, wanted to make the best out of her wedding day by being unique and i think she succeded in doing just that. |

woodcook: N160 against N198 vs N197 against N400 do the math and stop being ridiculous.
What was govt response to the plight of Nigerian students with regards to FX? Can you honestly say that the dollar was N197 as at November 2015? if not why not use the black market rate as at that time since you are quoting N400 now. CBN would only deal with the interbank rate and that is between N310-N315. |
Car Talk › Re: Can One Retain Plate Number After Selling Car? by iyatrustee(f): 6:57am On Aug 03, 2016 |
No! The number is registered to the particular car and it can not be done twice unless of course, you go to another state other than the one of first issue. This is another issue for a later date. Our lack of a central Database!
When the new number plates came into existence ,that was the general feeling as your driver's license was attached to your documentations.
I tried to retain one fine Abuja ABC number and was told the cost of changing the information in the system would convieniently get me another one with change on top sef. |

Education › Re: Appeal Court Allows Hijab In Lagos Primary And Secondary Schools by iyatrustee(f): 4:25pm On Jul 21, 2016 |
CFCman: You are the first poster to make sense. No where in the judgement did the court impose the hijab on ALL Lagos students. Some of us are logical in our reasoning. That said, i have daughter in one of the Unity schools who seem to prefer to wear the kaftan and scarf uniform rather than the pinafore with beret. What am i saying in a nutshell, you would be surprised that some christian girls might of their own volition, choose to cover their head. |

We like attaching sentiments to things in this country.
All the posters shouting islamisation and what nots, are they compelling christian students to put on the hijab?
I had moslem friends who refused to cover their heads in school. This ruling definately is for those who would want to. |

Must I pay in again some thousands (I don't have up to 13k again o) before I can do my registration? Please anyone with such experience should clarify on this. I paid in enough money for first and second semester registrations and exams last semester. I experienced same. You have to pay in more funds for the compulsory fee to be deducted. It is programmed that way. You can generate the minimum amount payable. |
