sod09: I was just hearing portable this where I will put you😀
Btw we don’t use coffin sef, we wrap the dead with cloth and put in the ground except for my grandmother she was a Christian and that was about 24 years ago
When my dad died, his casket was bought at one place on Ikorodu road; Definitely better than all those ones at Lagos Island. It was 65k
How can this poorly finished work be 500k?
E be like say na piece of cloth go pay person oh
It depends on the type of coffin you are buying now. Some coffins have been going for millions for years. Just thank your God that you have not needed to price coffin for a long time.
I know all those APAMS standard na millions
But those roadside ones wey full Kakawa for Lagos Island, how can they be touching 500k now?
Theflint1: I don't think the one way accusation is true either.
Las las sha, it's a systems problem, that we don't have systems that override personal agency is a big problem. Some people freeze and make horrible situations when they find themselves in such situations, and sometimes you can't trust the crowd around to not resort to mob action.
Story....
But hers was different. They were clearly begging her to take the guy to the hospital. Someone you hit oh.
No mob will give you the patience to make a call for 30 minutes, while you casually make a call with your doors locked. Dem go burn you with your motor
There's no justification for what she did, and it clearly shows she is a wicked soul; Someone who can kill innocently, and show up like nothing happened.
sod09: Blueraydick remember tehran? S3 is out since December but because of the war it's only airing in Israel not even on Apple TV I saw episode on Dailymotion though
Review on The Residence, please?
GloriousGbola: This is the real reason why no serious person will ever give wike a presidential or vp ticket.
The man has too many unguarded utterances on camera
Rivers is a Christian state. Oyingbo. Mosque demolition. Insulting chiefs. Lower casting ijaws. All this would be a gift to the opposition. An even bigger gift than PEJ and the born throway.
Way too many unguarded utterances.
GloriousGbola: Of all of us here, na izzou dey do waka waka the most. This is personal for him. Because you can be traveling in the same vehicle with these people and be roped in. To this day izzou no tell boys his naaty experience during one of these journeys.
In today's Nigeria a person could actually do like Dayo (who is suddenly no longer a pro gun advocate ) and travel with a gun for their own safety.
I have been to many places where I don't speak their language, and I don't know anybody.
Sometimes I imagine how I would defend or explain myself there if I am accused or get into trouble.
I imagine how these guys may have struggled to explain or defend themselves. And maybe they are not even fluent in pidgin.
I know our agencies are incompetent, but as a people, we should verify that the accused is guilty. Be sure that they are kidnappers.
It can be anyone tomorrow. You may not even be carrying a gun, but your car or your face or your shirt can be the "weapon" a useless mob needs to see, before you're burnt.
Ihebu4chelsea: Why did you choose to waste your precious time with oasix? Somebody that feeds on propaganda.
I don't know how many tribes are in Lagos, but I don't think Sanwo-Olu will berate one, and say they are under serving of ruling Lagos
Person talk say Ijaw no suppose rule Rivers, even call the Governor's side as Fake, and you dey defend am.
......I guess Kalabaris are Ijaw too, yet they honored him after the supposed shading. He has made clarification though, I think at this same event. LOL!
Greatness2023: Bro I have a foreign used Toyota Camry 2005 , it has not been used locally(you can bring your mechanic or expert to confirm this). You can check my profile to see the pictures. Price is 6.2m and I’m willing to negotiate slightly for a very serious buyer.
I don’t know if I’m allowed to post the pictures here.
You're very much allowed.
You can clearly hear him talk about the meeting. He is emphasizing that the meeting must not hold anywhere in Bayelsa. He directed all those intending to use public properties for events must be scrutinized.
raumdeuter: Okay sha but when Wike bans Diri from entering Abuja, SanwoOlu or another person bans Diri or his friends from entering their state hope they wont start complaining
Can you show where he banned Wike from entering Bayelsa?
sod09: I totally understand and really hope the mob pay, but this current nigeria that everyone is watching over themselves and like blueray said about the frequent kidnapping in edo, there was one around ore last week
Tomorrow, a guy with dreads will be walking by. A lady will shout "Rapist, Rapist"
The mob will gather and burn him
Then the justification is that ladies are being raped in the area everytime, and na guys on dreads dey do am.
I no dey get feelings if a heartless murder is killed, but someone who could be innocent is something else.
BlueRayDick: This ugly incident is just a pointer that there's deeply rooted disaffection amongst the people of this country towards one another. It is also an indication that there's failure in the security apparatus of the state as a whole.
The only reason why vigilante will be mounting road blocks and stopping vehicles embarking on interstate journey is because we have a situation of failure of the regular security agents. So the people resort to self help where local vigilante who are not properly trained stop vehicles, interrogate passengers and pass their judgement on whether such passenger qualifies as a law abiding citizen or a potential kidnapper.
I'm sure if it were to be police or any regular security patrol team that stopped those guys, we shouldn't be having a case of mob action that we are having now. If police accost travelers with guns, their either arrest them or allow them to pass having being satisfied they are harmless hunters with hunting guns and not criminals.
Also, the fact that there's been repeated cases of kidnappings in that part of Edo state definitely made the mob to be on edge when those victims were stopped by the local vigilante. I guess they just tagged them fulani herdsmen who have been kidnapping people and meted jungle justice to them.
You are right, Kwankwanso and Atiku's comments on the issue are not out of line. I believe the police will arrest as many people as possible amongst those that appeared in the jungle justice video being circulated online.
Some innocent people will Sha enter sanko! I wonder why people will gather in such scenes and be filming such barbaric acts
The report is that the vigilantes were overpowered by the mob, and it was the mob that burnt them.
As local as vigilantes are, the local police station work with them. You cannot form a vigilante and put checkpoints without the consent and approval of the Police
The vigilantes probably detained them, waiting for the police or to investigate more, but the mob was not going to have that.
I no even know wetin to call this one sef.
sod09: It's because of but I was asking those questions The country is battling kidnappers and herdsmen. we have heard situations where some suspected herdsmen were arrested by community Police release them, and they came back to wreck havoc
I have not asked them to be released to the police. I am simply saying where was the room for investigating that truly, they were kidnappers?
In this same Nigeria, a guy was caught with a woman's head in a bag in Abuja. The people that caught him took time to prove that he was a murderer. They even followed him to his house to prove that he did dismember that girl.
If they burnt that guy, don't you think he did it?
10 people were burnt, and the proof is that herdsmen dey kidnap people.
sod09: You see this country, we should just divide everyone to face their region Looking at the story, I strongly condemn the killing and I hope the culprits are brought to book But why are they travelling with guns, The report says they are going for eid festival do they need guns there? Don't they have an association ID card to prove they are hunters, what of the guns license? Then the werey kwankasor the werey didn't speak during deborah incident
So what time did the mob give to investigate and find out these questions you highlighted?
Roland17: You dey here while dem dey drag your MCM Scambiu for front page!
I'll leave the messenger (Scambiu) and take the message.
And he's damn right.
You stopped a vehicle to search You found more than 10 people with guns, dogs, matches, hoes and other personal belongings.
They didn't attack you, they didn't try to run. They explained themselves as hunters going to Rivers from Kano
I mean ..... What's the justification to kill them? I am not saying you should allow them to go. But shouldn't there be enough proof to identify them as the kidnappers or hunters?
