Good Toks Toyota or Honda still trumps brand new Chinese, Indian and Nigerian cars anyday. I said it before "give those cars 10 years on ehailing and let's see what will be left of them"
I thought you wanted to buy Chinese EVs before...

Which one be this comparison again?

Not just Tinubu sef. What sacrifice is Otti himself and every other person in government making?
People who are spending lavishly, are telling us to make sacrifices, and a common man like me is nodding head.

No be only sacrifice, na ritual

So question is; what Oasis is saying differently?! LOL!

So what Sacrifice is Tinubu making?

There's a reason why Ngige and FG tried to implement laws to stop doctors from leaving, and it's because no halfway doctor is collecting 200k salary in monopoly money especially when there's a global skill shortage.

Any doctor staying put on a 200k salary is most likely an organ harvester in disguise. To put it in context, a decent developer working remotely for £500 a month is more than a bargain for a remote employer in the UK where minimum wage is £1960 monthly, and that's literally only going to get you cleaners and McDonald's workers in the UK

Yet that £500 is 1 million naira. A developer that can't find wages 4 times less than a UK cleaner is trash. A developer that is earning almost 200k salary is scamming somebody.

Unless you're a Lords Chosen and have the latest bulletproof vest, I strongly advise that you don't go to that 200k doctor, probably advertising his services on the 200k coders website. It's a setup
EFCC suppose pick you up.

You call our naira "Tissue paper" yesterday

Today, na "Monopoly money"

WTF bro? grin grin grin grin grin grin

ICPC can actually tell us that 70bn was diverted, but cannot tell us who and where it was diverted to.

This news na just pre-intimacy tactics... Something to excite the people. More like a BJ before the proper offing of clothes.

Who chop the money? If they cannot tell us, make dem getout.

Giving incentives for recycling no matter how small, is the best solution but we'll rather steal money and buy gold plated brassieres or take trips to the south of France to feed our dusting powder addiction
Exactly

Every LG should partner with the pure water companies in their region, and see how they can make the area cleaner. Either through incentives, or employing more locals to clean the area

How can banning pure water work?

thats why i said LASG does not always follow through

pure water was banned from janaury 1 this year, but somehow it is not in effect
plastic bags were also banned, especially from supermarkets, but now they are doing some kind of surcharge thing instead where you pay for the bag

i had expected no pure water from january this year, but here we are.
If they ban pure water, what would be the alternative?

Many homes use sachet water for drinking.

I don't think banning pure water can ever work, especially when everyone is responsible for their water issues

it is also why lagos banned plastic bags and styrofoam, but they dont want to follow through

festac gets completely flooded during heavy rain because rubbish blocks the drains leading into the canal
Nobody uses Styrofoam to sell food in Lagos again....

I may be wrong sha.

But not like this, that island no get drainage they con they in-between water
It's a free show
If a place has no drainage, it will be wet/flooded everytime.

The problem is that the drainage may be blocked, or as at when it was constructed, it was for a lesser population in mind. When the rain is heavy, all it takes is a longer time for the water to be drained

Lagos Island is very small, so asking for a big drainage means a lot of demolitions.

When APC enters, it is spanners and screwdrivers that is the major problem.

no one will get it all right - but buhari did well on infrastructure

he should have held the line on subsidy removal - instead he re introduced subsidy as underecovery

he also over populated his cabinet with incompetent kinsmen who achieved nothing

and he honestly should have sold ph refinery off. as long as the refineries are under NNPC where there is no accountability, they are white elephants
These are the only areas he fked up, right?

that is the really painful thing about GEJ's admin. there was /;is NOTHING to show for it. las las militants and the likes of kola aluko got rich. add pastor bling bling and his private jet used for gun running $15million usd. also chris aire.

infrastructure? just the usual empty promises. yes, buhari was a fk up - but he actually gave the ibos who love to hate him the second niger bridge. it was in his administration they finally fixed apapa oshodi expressway.
So how was he a fk up?
