I became worried about his absence on NL for like 2 months. I had to send him msg.
Though I later called and someone answered like his second. I asked if he traveled out, he said yes. Today, I checked his profile on NL and I saw his last seen was few days ago.

I greet you too.

In the spirit of appreciating what we have while we are alive, I also want to thank you for your contributions to some of us on this thread.

Whatever journey we have embarked in life, like Gazzzuzz, you and others played a role. God bless you, and life will be kind to you.

We should stop leaving all these issues to start and end on Twitter.

The FG and the Canadian government should ensure that Amaka is deported.

When she is hancuffed and thrown into a plane should be recorded live

When she lands at MMIA, and transferred to Ikoyi should be broadcasted too.

Regulating Social media will always be a path i am willing to support. Too many idiots on it

That's big elephant in the room no one seems to be talking about. And because people don't buy much fuel again, it's becoming increasingly difficult figuring them out.

A bus or taxi driver before Tinubu buys 5k fuel in two different places. He gets 33 litres in one and 31 in the other. Easy to know which has tampered with the meter because the extra two litre of fuel will take him another 16-20kms.

Now lets say he buys the same 5k at 850 per litre at a filling station that has not adjusted the meter and he gets 5.88 liters, he will get 5.55 at another that has adjusted it to 900 but displaying 850. How e wan take notice any difference?

Filling stations have never had it better. They can now adjust meters however they want.
Exactly

It's a case of "All of you will rob me, but who will leave me with a little change"

Independent marketers are cashing out
Station owners are cashing out
Station managers are cashing out
Pump attendants are cashing out.

And nobody is talking about it anymore. Tinubu dey France dey rest

The major problem with PH is, I doubt there are up to 10 stations that sell below 700 and they don't sell everytime. The closest to me is about 8kms and you can get there by 6am, queue till 8 and they won't sell. That's two litres of fuel wasted. If you decide to wait till they start selling before you join the queue, sorry will be your name. Most times, your options are between 890-950 per litre at filling stations and the 1100 he buys. The difference becomes less significant.

For you guys in Lagos who have more options, it's a no brainer to go and queue.
The major challenge since the scarcity started is that many stations have tampered with their meters.

I mean MANY

Whether it is 568, 625 or 950, Sakamanje ni gbo gbo wan.

The only way to get some better deal is to buy in stations with a lesser price.

Pearl1910:
U still believe Tinubu and APC will conduct a free and fair election?
Look at this short history below

In 2015, many people came out to vote Change and SE, SS and NC came out to defend their votes. SW aligned with the NE and NW and we had the results below
APC 15m +
PDP 13m +
Total 29m votes

2019, e no really concern many people cos the alternative PDP brought wasn't encouraging and many people knew it will be impossible to unseat Buhari. Result was
APC 15m
PDP 11m
Total 26m votes

Then came 2023 with all the awareness, millions registered to vote and many more that had registered before but didn't vote all came out enmass to vote. The turnout was unprecedented, but alas when the results came out it didn't reflect the physical crowd we saw
APC 8.7m
PDP 6.9m
Labour 6.1m
NNPP 1.4m
Total just 23m votes

Let's think
How can an election that had the most publicity and awareness, an election that from the rich to d middle class to the poorest of the poor everyone were keen about it and had an interest in it. How can the most popular election since 1999 be the one with the least number of total votes cast.
There were allegations in Lagos, Plateau, Rivers, Kogi, Benue, Borno, Nassarawa, Bauchi etc that a chunk of LPs votes were destroyed or clearly reduced and rewritten allegedly because they lacked agents in the whole country. Have u forgotten so soon?
This is factual because normally this last election should have had minimum 30m votes.

What again do you want from the people? Bro, the people have tried their best, they came out to vote but there are saboteurs within, a house divided amongst itself cannot stand. Coupled with weak institutions like Inec and Judiciary. Even if we do whats in ur mind, it will not yield any positive result.
Next election, Tinubu will still win except something supernatural happens. Nigeria has been captured and we are a defeated people. Maybe there is hope we are not conquered yet but that tiny hope is fast fading away.

So the thought that whether 8m people will be available for Tinubu again is skewed and believing he will find it hard to win again is being unfair to ur mental health. Don't hold ur breath or bet on it.
Does it mean u believe the last election was a typical representation of the choice of the entire country?
Lol

I am not saying he would lose. I am not God.

I am simply showing you a pattern of how they are losing grip of their place in the hearts of people.

If Nigerians like, let APC win again. At least, i bought 950 today, and there was no discrimination in pump price.

Barbiturate:
The problem is INEC and the judiciary!

Obi won that election hands down. It was massively rigged by Mahmood.....and the courts were useless!

Obi won Lagos owner in his own Lagos.( Obi won with over 70% in mainland alone. I and my crew went from polling unit to polling unit) The margin was massive. The results were manipulated by INEC, not the polling units.

Obi won in FCT. Obi won in all the Eastern states too. Even if Tinubu had won in western states(of which votes were shared amongst the 3) he couldn't have won in the North! Atiku and kwankwaso would have had the highest votes in the whole north.
So how then did the people let such a thing slide?

Without the people, the power of a leader is nothing, but Nigeria seems to be the inverse.

That is why Tinubu is in France, and fuel scarcity is finishing his country, yet someone thinks the justification is because we have always been suffering.

Unless a major presidential candidate aligns with him, I would love to see if the 8 million actually believe in him.

APC had 8 million votes in 2023

Why not take into consideration that Enugu is a PDP state and they should have voted for Atiku Abubakar?
APC controls two states in the SE, yet Tinubu came third. So why didn't they troop out to vote Tinubu?

Your argument was about the optics of voting between Tinubu and Obi. Why are you bringing in Atiku?

Tribalism obviously had a role in their individual performances, but using results to show it is dishonest and cunny.

There are other factors that obviously contributed to that difference

For one, SE has the highest concentration of Christians. Only LP had a Christian candidate, compared to the rest, even though a Muslim had just finished ruling. Isn't this a factor?
