Lagos is one of the worst cities to live in comparison to other World cities.

How can a Nigerian, in comparison with the other 36 cities, believe Lagos is worst cities to live in?

So, like this, Benin better pass Lagos?

Typically the Professionals most at risk are structural engineers. They are the ones who get prosecuted or held liable in event of collapse.

Possibly because it is difficult to establish who is at fault, other professionals don't get in trouble.

A lot of fires are electrical in origin and come back to cutting corners. It can also be bad design where there is undersizing.

We had a power room for our server and we had a series of fire incidents in the room. By fire incidents, a fire would start and then get put out by the fm200 system. Eventually we tore the room apart and found that when installing an ac, the rather Than use a single wire, someone had joined wire. The joint started heating up and smoking.

I was on a project where someone installed 70mm cable instead of 95mm cable specified. They scraped the label and stamped 95mm on it. The cable started over heating.

There are 1001 ways people cut corners that lead to electrical issues down the line.

Then you have the architect issues. Architects are supposed to adopt what they call a life safety philosophy when designing building. The fundamental thing you want is compartmentalization, which ensures a fire is contained within the room where it breaks out. You achieve this through fireproofing and fire breaks. Aluminium or steel roof members, fire resistant ceiling tiles and of course a proper and working fire alarm system.

Accidents never happen in isolation. There are always warning signs /minor incidents before the big event. That is why large organizations try to imbibe a culture of reporting hazards or incidents
True. But Fires happen. They happen. And what's funny is how the whole Internet is dragging and trolling the church, just to hear what happens next.

In this country, CBN caught fire, High Court caught fire, NASS abi na Senate caught fire. How many people have been arrested for criminal negligence in these?

Even this year, a church got burnt at Ikeja. LASEMA issued a statement, offered their condolences, and as i am speaking to you, they are rebuilding again.

Na person property burn. Make we take am easy

Sorry Buba Galadima is not right.

Its not the poor who chose the candidates for elections, its the rich who chose these people

So after the rich collect $25k In Abuja Presidential primary, Port Harcourt Presidential primary, Lagos Presidential primary each to chose garbage candidates to represent the flag, they now want to blame the poor for collecting N5k or 1 loaf of bread

Abi how did all the frontline presidential candidates get their tickets if they didnt bribe rich party elders

Obaseki was alleged to have paid N15bn to PDP "tax collectors" for ticket, Ize Iyamu sef go don drop his own to APC but we wan blame Mama Odion and Baba Osaretin for collecting N5k

Abi those wey dey visit Galadima for endorsements wey he dey give, shey na 5k Naira den dey give am?

We don't need any law. The people themselves should be able to think!

I watched a reel where Buba Galadima was told that poor people are dying because of hardship, and he bluntly said "Let them die"

He went on to explain that the poor people are our problem, because they will sell their conscience, vote nonsense and then start wailing for the next 4 years.

I firmly believe that political parties should be punished if their candidate fails. Na why i no fit separate Tinubu from Buhari and APC

Matawalle, our Minister of Defence, is on EFCC's list for embezzling billions, coupled with the fact that he governed a state that nobody here would live for free

If APC had lost, these kind of people would have been retired politically, and even prosecuted.

I don't really know much about the American political parties, but I know that the two major political parties -- the Republican and the Democratic parties are the opposite sides of a coin as they have completely different worldviews on almost everything.

So demanding equity and fairness is being tribal? I no dey parts of the obidients wey dey force lp candidate on anyone but the way and manner they are going about it shows they are paid to destroy the movement by Asun and obaseki....There are Obidients,"yoruba buts" who voted for sanwo instead of GRV and didnt do lp top to bottom, heaven didn't fall....

There have been posts about the competence of the candidates, the apc guy is the only one not speaking to the public neither hosting twitter spaces but waiting for the party, his godfathers to do the campaign for him...

I shared one of Asun Twitter spaces on here yesterday afternoon where he said he will be copying the tinubu IGR model and taxing system in full throttle and obidents went berserk, all that happened on Twitter...

You have been looking for your answers at the wrong places and not crowding out the noises and propaganda...
I thought the first goal was to have good governance.

North and South have been rotating power since, yet we are worse off..Is that not equity and fairness?

My post was not even about if fairness should happen. It is the fact that nobody talks about what any candidate is offering. Apart from your post yesterday on Ighodalo, nobody knows anything about the candidates.

That is the truth..
LP was not revered in 2021 or 2022 when we went to vote in 2023. We voted because we had a "Why"

Nobody is talking about Why a particular candidate is best for governor.

It's their business anyway. I just think it is absolutely wrong to drag a man for actively campaigning for his own party's candidate.
