liveLongNprospa: Back to yesterday and what I said about quality dipping. BlueRayDick and izzou the difference between international kellogs and kellogs Nigeria is because of this tolaram group. That's my fear. There is a very wide margin between products that are foreign made, and the same that are locally made (I mean for edibles) The Guinness that you are talking about is made in a very old warehouse along Oba Akran; already locally made Kelloggs was made abroad, before Tolaram got the licence. Na two different things |

A40: There's a line from the movie Casino. Either he's in on it or is too dumb to see what's going on
That line best explains Tinubu
If you're saying you like Tinubu for your tribal and religious reasons that's bad but somewhat understandable but after seeing all his moves this past 1 year, pretending like the man will make any difference is egregious and comes off as you just mocking people if I'm being honest with you
Tinubu just like Buhari had ruling Nigeria in his bucket list and he's ticked it.
Nigeria is facing the worst food inflation since Abacha time. What coherent or sensible action has Tinubu made that you can explain. I've never seen a president who's failing in every sector literally you can't point to anything and say he's at least gotten it right
You're a Muslim. Ileya dey come. How much do you think your fellow Ummah are paying to buy ram. That's if they can even afford it. Where is the pepper wey dem wan take cook am?
I was not in doubt he would be a failure as his performance in Lagos was grossly overrated but I doubt even his worst opp predicted he will be far worse than Buhari When you talk, they'll tell you Nigeria is going through pains before ut becomes great We are going through painnnssss!!! Let's endure.... We are an extremely poor country At a time where there's so much hardship, your VP (a 2 time governor) is using 21 billion to renovate his house.. But endure... |

This Guinness news is not bad (or as bad as we are painting it)
The only thing i am sure is that Asians no dey give up. They rather start selling Guinness Bottled water and puff puff than fold.
As for quality, i doubt if it would dip. Dipping the quality means customers would port to another brand.
I have always loved Guinness; from the Stout to the Malt, and Harp used to be my brand before.
Hopefully, they run it well. |

BlueRayDick: But normally sef all those wake keeping are not supposed to be loud like they usually make it.
Twice growing up I've been traumatized by such wake keeping. One was a Benin man who died in our area; the day of his wake keep overnight ehn, they were just singing mostly sorrowful songs all through the night while drinking and hitting beer bottles with a stick to create sad melody to the dirge.
The second one was an Igbo man who died in his 40's. The man's relatives all through the Wake keeping overnight sang and drank with Merry. I found it quite strange cos u know as Yoruba's we felt such death do not call for much fanfare .
It took growing up for me to understand different people have different culture. But I still feel the two ceremonies should have been done without disturbing the sleep of every other person who don't understand the culture sha It's not like they are merrying oh When a young person dies, young people will sing and dance; thats just a way of paying their own tribute. They can do it all night sef. |

Why is nobody Calling the Kaduna state governor Uba Sani a betrayer like they are calling Fubara sef? Is there any difference between their respective cases?
Uba Sani was El-Rufai's annointed candidate just like Fubara was Wike's, but look at Uba Sani going for El-Rufai's jugular....
He has even called EFCC on El-Rufai's head within a year he took office. His own HOA have already written report and concluded El-Rufai was a thief with the state's yam in his throat. Fubara dey learn work for where Uba Sani dey but most people just overlook the matter.
