Spy360: I have always told you that you try to appear politically correct perhaps to gain appeal but it's making you sound less than you should be.
The key words are peace and negotiation.
For someone asking for arms, does that sound like peace?
Even if it does to you,? (which is pitiable )then there is still the next step which is to negotiate the terms.
A proper scenario should be a bandit leader asking to lay down his arms and get some form of amnesty or lesser punishment.
The other option is war.
Make we dey think properly and stop trying to appeal to people that hate you already You see why I said that you all just want to lie to yourselves, which obviously is okay. Except you want to publicly make sense out of it. I am showing you a real life situation. You left it, and went to paint a scenario in your head. Where did you see any Bandit dropping weapons for a lesser punishment? The Oyo victims are about to clock one month. Did you see anywhere where they asked for a lesser punishment? Obi said rubbish. Instead of distancing yourself from it, you came to look worse than the messenger himself See a live case scenario. Go and ask Obi what he will do in this situation, because e be like say you no wan think for yourself

MorataFC: I think CAF should adopt the CONMEBOL style World Cup qualification format, with all teams playing in a league system and the top teams qualifying automatically. That way, Africa’s 10 strongest teams would earn their places at the World Cup. If this format were in place, I doubt Nigeria would miss out on qualification. You will be shocked with what a Finidi as a coach can do |

Spy360: For the avoidance of doubt
I watched the Peter Obi interview and quote him verbatim when asked if he will negotiate with terrorists...
"I will negotiate with whoever wants peace, whoever does not want peace will get war..."
The idea that this means he will negotiate with terrorists is far from the truth and was pushed out by APC miscreants The way you guys just want to be dancing on top this statement is weird. Okay, going by what Obi said; A Bandit leader in Katsina wants peace, and the terms are plain; Give me my arms back, and return the corpses of my boys. So I'm guessing, Obi will negotiate abi? Make we dey play dey go. |

Amoto94: Recently, when NAF struck a market used by ISWAP/BH as logistics hub they were cries and shouts led by Amnesty International that Nigeria Military are killing civilians. Also, when some of the suspects who were caught destroying properties during the end bad governance protests there were shouts even on this thread that FG is targeting minors. Sometimes communities don't want to share intelligence with security operatives either due to fear or reverence of the actors involved Why do you guys like to live in deceit? What exactly do you people hope to gain? The same you posted here that NAF, collaborating with Ododo killed a Kidnap Lord in Kogi. The video of his body extraction is all over social media.. Kogi Governor thanked the FG for that. Please where is the Amnesty International cry for his human right? Did we say NAF should kill civilians? Did we say the FG should kill anybody in a protest? Even if 100 million Nigerians die tonight because of Banditry, there will always be a few that will rather die, than see reason why we must not pamper insecurity God go help all of una oh. Allah go help una, to be honest. |

Like u rightly said most of those villages in Kogi, Kwara, Ekiti and now Oyo; the fear to go to farm is now real. Make we dey play dey go. I hope they give the Bandit his arms back, so they can have peace. I am sure he will sell the arms to Iron condemn people and start hawking Sugarcane the next day. |

BlueRayDick: I can see u enjoy turning discussion over it's head to make whatever point u think u are making.
If not, Wetin concern Israel that is fighting external wars on multiple frong with Nigeria sorting internal insecurity issues?
The Israeli general made a comment on his companies the various terrorists organizations and countries they are fighting in the middle east.
We are here saying a Nigerian president or presidential aspirant shouldn't be talking about negotiating with Bandits and Terrorists who are making the country ungovernable. Instead, they should be talking about how the security agencies should wipe off the terrorists out of existence.
You are the one telling us they will get invited by Hague if they should say that. As how? Did the Hague invite Buhari when he was handling IPOB/ESN's asses to them? Despite all the number of ESN guys that were neutralized in the east and even Rivers state under Wike, did the Hague invite anybody?
Why can't Tinubu follow suit and deal decisively with these bandits/terrorists? To me it seems u are just looking for a convinient excuse to give Tinubu a pass for the woeful results we've seen in the fight against insecurity in the last 3 years E say na Hague Farmers can't go to farm Nigerians do not have freedom of movement anymore But na ICC in Hague we dey try avoid. |

raumdeuter: That's why I was telling izzou and BlueRayDick about Obis statement. There are statements public figures cannot make unlike you and I. You and others do not see anything wrong with that statement but as a public figure that statement has gotten Ben Gvir an invitation to Hague and if not careful will end like those Serbian Generals
You can extend this into why Trump and countries cannot use their superior power to win wars decisively You make me laugh Well, let them keep killing in thousands, so Tinubu or Obi won't be invited to the Hague An invitation to Hague must be avoided even if it costs our lives. |

afrodoc2: Yeah.
Storing water in bottles (especially warm to hot water). Using the same plastic bottle for extended periods.
Microplastics leak into the system and interfere with sperm production. Best thing is to store water in glass bottles.
Another one is microwaving food inside plastic containers. Same thing happens but much worse. Always microwave in ceramic containers. Eleda mi So, as someone who lived in Nigeria, do we just accept our fate and drink from bottled and satchets, because carrying glass bottles all around might be difficult. And after drinking the water, na still satchet or bottled water we go still buy and pour inside |

I don't know whether he's saying it to appeal to a northern base, but he's made same argument across the board. Maybe he's trying to appeal to all bases, but regardless, I do think he genuinely considers that part of his approach to resolving insecurity across the country. No wahala, Chief |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 8:33pm On Jun 18 |
Theflint1: It's not. Anyone who considers the issue of Terrorism and Banditry as something that deserves negotiation obviously has no plan to end it, or wants to live in deceit. Did you think those particular bandits would lay down their weapons if the FG had released ISWAP members for the hostages? If you offer those bandits whatever money in exchange for their weapons, they will drop it and go and buy fresh ones for money. It's simple. Obi goofed, and I know it is so his Northern prospects won't be pissed. Sadly, the virus is spreading down south. Buhari marched IPOB and is still marching it even in death. No form of negotiation for even a section that had a little reason to agitate. |
