Eleganza is still around and very strong. A lot of plastics out there are from them. They are however extremely disorganised.

Two years ago I drove all the way to their factory/warehouse estate to get plastic chairs and table. You will almost get to Epe.

They have gigantic warehouses with all sorts of plastics from small furniture to buckets to containers to trash bins. The lack of organisation was really sad. No website. No way of online ordering. One photocopy brochure. Person calling prices off the top of her head. I literally had to walk through to pick the items I wanted. But everything I wanted and more was there in large numbers.

They have different dealers everywhere who also sell plastics but if you are anal retentive and want everything on a particular colour you are oyo.

I also think they sell specialised plastics to hotels etc. There is a lot of opportunity in the industry imho to make all these plastic containers common to obodo oyibo that are sold here at high prices.
I didn't even know they still existed.

Na mostly others i dey see

I think they focus more on plastic because their plastic still they, the company around oregun road still exist but they lease out part of the building to other companies

This BVAS na bad trap

You have to start adding your intending margins to LGs that you had previously forgotten, and it must not be more than the registered voters.

Without BVAS, PDP would have won Obingwa with 500,000 votes.

BlueRayDick:
For clarity sake ; Kayode Salako was the chairman of Labour Party in Lagos before he resigned while his Wife nollywood actress Foluke Daramola-Salako is a card carrying member of APC in Lagos state .

The husband was the flagbearer of LP in his constituency; Oshodi Isolo and also the Labour Party chairman in Lagos state . He resigned his position and when asked by pressmen what informed his decisions he informed them it was the need for him to concentrate on his election which necessitated his resignation .

Now the wife being a card carrying member of APC comes out and makes an allegation that Gbadebo having won the Labour Party governorship primaries “removed” her husband from being the chairman and didn’t stop there but “took all Yoruba house of reps tickets in Lagos state and replaced them with Igbos “

Now the question that begs an answer is who is lying between the husband and the wife ? I really do not know if u ask me, but we need to be mindful of the following points :

1. It makes sense for a man who is the party chairman and also a candidate in the election to face either the chairmanship or the election he’s contesting in.

2. There is no evidence to suppost the wife’s claim that all Labour house of reps candidates who are igbos were replaced with Yorubas. Someone share a list of the candidates here and most of the names on it are Yorubas . Even Sunny Ade’s son (whose father is Yoruba from Ondo ) won the house of reps election in his constituency that is even dominated by Igbos .

3. The new chairman of Labour Party in Lagos Pastor Mrs Dayo Ekong is Yoruba herself replacing a Yoruba man in a Yoruba state .

4. Kayode Salako after he resigned his post as Lagos state chairman was elevated to the position of Special Adviser on Lagos Affairs and Liaison operations to the National Chairman of the party. He promised to continue to work for the good of the party .

Make of whatever u will of the above .
It was really pathetic to see educated people peddle and make decisions based on roadside rumours

I grew up in Amuwo Odofin, largely dominated by other southerners. GloriousGbola even said in his full close, he is the only non- igbo.

Yet, i have never seen an Igbo man battling for Baale or Council of chiefs. Even in Igbo dominated areas like Ojo, Ikotun, na Yorubas dey control both the traditional rulership and political.

But a Twitter link was the sinister plan to hijack Lagos

I shame for wetin my eye see today

https://www.nairaland.com/7619683/col-agbu-kefas-wins-taraba

Why did the result now delay like this?

Even if APC and NNPP combine they might not catchup
If there is one thing BVAS did, it was that it prevented overvoting

So, most of the delayed results was as a result of trying to patch numbers here and there.

After all the additions and you realize you can't catch up, then you honourably submit your sheet and go home grin
