Business / Re: Beneficiaries Of CBN's AGSMEIS Loan Share Their Testimony by jackomagnus(m): 6:29pm On Nov 07, 2020
please help answer my inquiry: Would you say that those who use NIRSAL's Simplified Credit for their business plans have equal opportunities as those that do not?

Would you advise anyone to use NIRSAL's Simplified Credit?

Thanks.

Debodimeji01:

Well... it's real cos I work there and we have given out countless AGSMEIS CBN loans out. If you have a business that needs financial support to expand, I will strongly advise you to take advantage of this scheme. It's a 9%/Year interest rate. No financial institution in this country will give you such.

Dear Mr Arrewa,
I would like to know your thoughts on this issue.

Which of these two are Nigerians to follow: the Nigerian constitution or Sharia law?

Which one supercedes the other?

Arrewa:
Dear religious bigots!!

Punishment for blasphemy in the Bible

“Whover blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him. The sojourner as well as the native, when he blasphemes the name, shall be put to death”

Kill People Who Don't Listen to Priests
Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death. Such evil must be purged from Israel. (Deuteronomy 17:12)

Kill Witches
You should not let a sorceress live. (Exodus 22:17 NAB)

That's religion for you! Stop hypocritically pushing blasphemy as a Muslim thing only... You people are not doing it doesn't mean it's not in your holy book.

If you are really passionate about human existence then embrace humanity and nature and stop all this hypocrisy!

Dem don come; see premise for not having a tattoo o... But God brought you here naked and you chose to cover what God Himself exposed!

PRE4:
Tattoo is bad both spiritually, physically and psychologically.
Tattoo dos not portray you a responsible person.
Evangelist Apache Crying Bear shared his story of how the tatoo all over his body denied him a lot of opportunities.
Moreover the bible contradicts it.
During the medieval times, tattoo was a recognition stigma for the idol worshippers. So you that is inscripting tattoo on your body, are you an idol worshipper?
When God created you,did he put any tatoo on you?then why did you want to refashion yourself and tell God to his face that he is a fool for creating you

Meet The Footballer Who Played 90 Minutes Without Touching The Ball

It will surprise many that a Footballer played an entire 90 minutes without touching the ball, could this be real, yes it is....

Thomas Langu Sweswe of Zimbabwe, a defender, he played for Manning Rangers, Kaizer Chiefs, Wits and Black Leopards - South Africa, Highlanders, Dynamos and ZPC Kariba - Zimbabwe. He retired from football at the age 35 in 2017 and the last club he played for, was ZPC Kariba of Zimbabwe, he's currently 38.

He played an entire 90 minutes in a Kaizer Chiefs game and never touched the ball.

It's one of the records that may never be broken in Football history.

Please where did you buy the UTC seeds? Which company makes them?

thank you, pioneer its just a waste of money on seed only.I intend to plant only premier seed this year, oba 98 to be precise.

I beg to differ. Maize farming requires attention to details. Like I noticed, you never mentioned anything about soil test- so, perhaps you didn't know the state of the soil, acidic or otherwise.

Also, you intercropped your maize; with this, there's no way you could obtain optimum yield!
Politics / Re: Sagay: Supreme Court Should Have Imposed A Higher Fine On Ihedioha's Lawyers by jackomagnus(m): 7:45pm On Mar 04, 2020
Sure, but they keep saying 'hefty' fine...and I'm wonder what's hefty about N30m to someone like Afe Babalola.

festacman:

The issue is not the amount. It is the significance of the fine.
Politics / Re: Sagay: Supreme Court Should Have Imposed A Higher Fine On Ihedioha's Lawyers by jackomagnus(m): 4:19pm On Mar 04, 2020
By the way, N30m fine for Afe Babalola is like a N30 fine for a bank manager!

He will just take it out from his 'back pocket' and ask his driver to go and pay it in grin

festacman:
Although the Justices of Supreme Court have powers to award cost to punish appellants when necessary, imposing those hefty amounts against Afe Babalola and Wole Olanipekun was unnecessary humiliation. They could have throwned out the review request without denigrating the some of the finest members of the Bar who have made so much contribution to the legal profession.

In as much as giving in to judgement review requests by selfish and inconsiderate politicians would ultimately bastardize the image of the apex court but insisting that the institution can NEVER review its judgement even in the face of new strong evidence is simply judicial dictatorship. The implication of this ruling is that an innocent man on death row can still be executed once Supreme Court upholds his conviction even if a new incontrovertible evidence emerges. It is a poor attempt by fallible human beings to play God. The thought of this is scary.

The guy should also thank his stars he found out she's a materialistic Yahoo girl before marriage. She's prolly also banging other guys and collecting gifts like many girls do. God save us from bitchez!

I don’t think it’s actually real, probably it was a planned stunt between two of them! undecided undecided undecided

But then if it’s really real, then the girl should thank her Stars she didn’t accept to marry him sad sad Those are signs of a toxic person that can hit you at any slightest provocation. Runnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!
Romance / Re: Girlfriend Rejects His Proposal. He Collected The Shoes & Food He Bought For Her by jackomagnus(m): 5:11am On Feb 27, 2020
People do it (real life, not super story o). My question is based on your stance that a gift is a gift- So, suppose it happened to your bossom friend who comes to you for advice: should he take back the car or not?

Skmoda360:

bros, do you know anything about the relationship? That's the first question you should ask yourself but one thing I hate about Nigerian girls is that they don't know when to stop and quit an abusive relationship, the guy might be a cruel type but na oshofree go kill that babe.

undecidedAs to your question, I won't buy any girl a car if I'm not 100% sure she is into me and even if she is into me I won't unless we are married, I dey mad.... grin grin

Ode ni bobo yen joor....instead of him to just walk away and go look for another babe.... anything you give a woman is more or less a gift and it should go that way.... undecided

I think the OP did quite well with his agronomic practices as far as timely weeding and fertilizer application is concerned. However, I suspect something as easy to overlook as an acidic soil to be responsible for this unusually low yield.
In such a case, the nutrients become unavailable for the plant's use.
vonxepost=85022873:

Bros please don't judge hastily.
I followed this thread and he quoted 2 people who had 6.5 tonnes and 4.7 tonnes from thesame seed.
Someone quoted 8.5 tonnes
I called pioneer seed representative and he said their yield is 5 tonnes above.

I have tried foundation seeds and I can authoritatively tell you that it is not better than premier seeds.

There must be something he did not do that others did!

When he said at 6 weeks it has already tasselled then I knew something was wrong. If the maize is not stressed then it should tassell around 48-55 days.

Agronomic practices is key.

Planting OPV maize is the simplest and you get good yield but low quantity but this hybrids are very difficult if you don't do something right then you are doomed!
