Wizzyonyxphoenix: Happy sunday guys. Please I seriously need your help. I produce way too much urine, especially at night. I practically wake up every 30 minutes to use the restroom. It's too much.
The worst part is that I'm merely EIGHTEEN!!! Please how do I curb this anomaly guys? I dread to think what would happen if i enter UNI and live in the hostel with my fellow guys. They might tag me a criminal, or worse, I might be attacked by one during one of my endless trips to the bathroom.
What you need to ask yourself, the place you're base in Nigeria,is it safe, I will advise you to relocate alone first maybe after 6months or 1 yr when you settle down you can ask your family to come and join you. If you're relocating , don't relocate to UK, you can try USA, Canada, Germany or Switzerland but not UK.

teegrams: Thomas Tuchel has slammed the Chelsea fans who chanted Roman Abramovich’s name during a minute’s applause for war-torn Ukraine before Saturday’s 4-0 win against Burnley.
Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Premier League clubs held a pre-match moment of solidarity with the country before every game this weekend and the majority of fans joined the applause at Turf Moor.
However, a section of the travelling Chelsea support interrupted the applause to sing the name of the club’s Russian owner.
Abramovich this week announced he will sell the Champions League holders amid speculation he could be sanctioned by the British government for his alleged links to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
However, Chelsea boss Tuchel was disappointed with the fans who chose not to respect the show of support for Ukraine.
“It’s not the moment to do this. If we show solidarity we show solidarity and we should do it together,” he said.
“We take the knee together. If an important person from our club or another club unfortunately dies we have a minute of respect.
“It is not the moment to give other messages. It’s the moment to show respect. We want to do this. As a club we need our fans to commit to this minute of applause.
“We do it for Ukraine and there is no second opinion about this situation. They have our thoughts and our support and we should stand together. It’s not the moment for other messages.”
Chelsea have won 19 major trophies in Abramovich’s 19-year reign, including five Premier League titles, two Champions League and the Club World Cup.
Abramovich is reportedly seeking £3 billion ($4 billion) to off-load Chelsea, with Turkish billionaire Muhsin Bayrak the latest wealthy investor to declare his interest in a potential deal.
Swiss tycoon Hansjorg Wyss and American businessman Todd Boehly, a co-owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team, have reportedly formed a partnership with a view to making a bid.

The Peace, freedom, Security, health care and Electricity, the Environment that you're enjoying in Abroad you can't compare to Nigeria. We know there is not easy to live in abroad, but are we safe living in Nigeria? In Nigeria as you're walking on the road, you can die by any means, through car, straight bullets, and Kidnapper, or Accident. Even if you have money, you can enjoy your money in peace, either envy from friends or relatives. Pls just Google the Average life expectancy ratio of Nigeria or Africa and compare to America or Europe? Nigeria is not safe to live, the country is only good for reunion. Do you think our leaders don't know what to do? They do because they are the one sponsoring all this. Even with our resources, and we can't put CCTV camera everywhere to boost the Security situation and Encourage State police. Bro Nigeria will never better as far as we keep recycling the same set of people who destroy Nigeria as Leaders. For me, the only Solution to this problem is to divide the country, the Country too big.We know nothing like home but our leaders no get plan for anybody.
Eriokanmi: I'm on oyedepo's side on this. I took same bold step but never regretted it. I'm an embodiment of God's favour and grace. Shebi we go the America sef, but I chose to return home after my program. I don't know if the highest earning Nigerian living overseas can match me in revenues monthly. I give them money each time I go America. Ordinary 100 dollar is like giving them millions. I had shared stories of my life and that of my uncle who used to work at Walmart in the past as stores officer. He shunned the flashy lifestyles over there and came back home, to introduce a solar inverter manufactured by trace engineering, USA which later became Xantrex. His friends booed him, they said village people had come calling, that he's been bewitched. This man today is a billionaire. He had a major leap in his business when the atm revolution erupted in Nigeria, he became favourite of old generation banks including the CBN for installation of inverters to power all their atms nationwide. Na foreigners like Indians for chop the whole money clean mouth, come pay our graduates employed with peanut.
Nigeria is a land of honey and milk. Na those in government God go punish for discouraging foreign investors from coming in through their selfish ends. Where I've stepped my feet into, none of our the leaders' children had had the opportunity to reach, in their entire life. I've been with Barak Obama, courtesy my profession in DAR Hall( Daughters of American Revolution Hall) near the white House in DC.
Do we have challenges? Yes, we do. Are they surmoutable? Yes they are. Buhari can't be in government forever. If pool comes to shove, we break up and we bear our fathers' names . We can still work together as neighbours in areas where each has a comparative advantage. I have a friend who had his masters and PhD in a university in NC, where he lives. Recently, I saw him posting tokunbo cars on his status for sale...an associate Prof selling used cars...what a life! Back home he'd be an oga in one of our universities where his service would be appreciated.
Nigeria now and then no be the same ooh.Nigeria is the 1980s, they will be begging you to work not Now again.Nigeria will never be good unless we divide this country. Our leaders are becoming Greedy Everyday.
For the meantime, you can still go for your master's degree. The master's degree will boost your CV since you don't have enough experience. The professional Certificate can come later when you're doing your master's degree. You can equally develop your skills on Data Analyst, Jeva , and Forex training.
senatepresido: Good Morning Great Minds, I will go straight to the point and please while answering my question, avoid insults and negative vibes as all I need right now are words of encouragement, I have passed through a lot. I am a graduate of Biochemistry with a second class upper division from a federal university, after completing my NYSC in 2020, I have tried securing a good job but it seems not coming, everything is not just working fine, though I have been able to make some savings and I have tried setting up a business but it haven't seen the light of the day yet, recently on Nairaland I came across a thread that says having a professional Certificate with experience helps in job hunting than a Masters Degree. Please I need a very good advice, what professional course can a Biochemistry graduate go for that will be beneficial and will it be better to go go for a Masters Degree while I continue to set up my business?
Guy, having Enough Experience and getting a Professional Certificate is better than having A Master degree. What Recruiter are looking from job applicant is your Years of Experience and Professional Certification.
Don't let anybody deceive u, there's no professional course that is up to doing ur masters.....those that usually say that nonsense r those that came out with PASS or THIRD CLASS in sch or those that there field requires it, my advice is u should go for ur MSc as it will always serve u U r still r fresh graduate so don't be too desperate....I pray God give u a good job soon
I met a waiter at rhapsody in ikeja shopping mall, who regretted leaving Nigeria for dubai, i asked him why? He said he left his stable job to Dubai, got to dubai and was earning 70k, was also living in a shared accommodation with 4 people, after working for 5 months, he resigned and left Dubai for Nigeria.
2nd story
My cousin left his well paid job for Canada, sold his properties in naija and moved to Canada with his family, first 8 month of his life was hell upon earth, from bills to bills, from one low wage job to another, the neighborhood he was living with his family was infested with gangs, the public school was also infected with gangs, his children got bullied because of their accents, his wife, even though supportive couldn't get a good job, bros was tired of everything.
So he decided to solve his problem by moving back, after the scrap they could save in Canada, my guy and his family moved back to Nigeria, they had to start afresh, thank God, he had a supportive family and friends, they use their connections to help him find another good job but what is lost is lost till today he still regrets selling his properties for Canada.
You think the bride price wey men dey pay naa for joke? Bleep another man wife and see how young guys go dey useless your wife ,if you even get lucky be alive self.
thebosstrevor1: There is no African spiritual repercussions for cheating. So called African "repercussions" is just to instill fear on potential cheaters and also to put society in order.. Your village king and chiefs cheats how come no repercussions for them in the african traditional way
In the real world, cheating is immoral and break trust, the repercussions for cheating with a married woman is getting attacked by a jealous husband or getting STIs and STDs, unwanted pregnancy and divorce.
Advice: You can't stop a man that is in "love" with a married woman, you can only wait for the husband to come at your door with cutlass and police, maybe he will learn, honor killing is real, just tell him that.
Igbankpa: My younger brother is dating a married woman.
I've tried talking him out of that unholy relationship, whenever we have such conversations, he retracts for a while and then goes back to her.
He thinks he is in love, But I keep reminding him that what ever he feels about her is all bolllocks and can put him in harms way.
I sincerely understand why he feels the way he does towards her, considering the love and affection he gets from this woman. No stress, no drama. just attention, care and good sex and she also spoils him with gifts as well. she is a business woman and her husband lives and work in a different continent and only visits once in a while. This days he is barely around, as all they do is go from one hotel to another having fun.
I'm scared for him. The other day at work, I and my colleagues where having a conversation about African traditions and repercussions for cheating in marriage and my boss who happens to be from the same region as the woman was telling us about the punishment for cheating as obtainable in their culture which puts my brother in grave danger.
He is my immediate younger brother and he is closest to me, I'm the only one in the family that knows about this relationship, I'm thinking of informing my mum, maybe that will help in putting a stop to their affair, But that would be a breach of trust. I don't know what to do!
