Thanks for bringing it up....but really? Where was Polio prevalent in Nigeria? ... isn't it in the North? ...among the poorest of the poor? Why? ...because of the same thing ... experimenting on the poor... it did not work . Polio was prevalent nation wide. South Eastern and Western part of the country embraced vaccinations but due to ignorance and folks that think like you that think anything Bill Gates is a scam,polio is still rampant in the North to an extent. Til now some folks don't allow vaccination on their kids,those folks have this same mindset of yours. My cousin born in mid 70s has polio,his sister is blind from measles. Today,it's rare to see Nigerians (except few in the north) with such. Same as small pox,I'm sure you don't even know what small pox is but I see some adults with it.

PACU is Post Anesthesia Care Unit. It's same as Post Operative Recovery Room or simply Recovery Room
