Philosophy is too broad and wide to focus about anyone's believe of a supreme being.
Philosophy only helps you sharpen your mind regarding logic and reasoning. Things that make sense. In my own definition, I'd say Philosophy is an act of reasoning. Attaching values and meanings to things and events.

Unlike religion where you can't think about some certain things or ask certain questions.
Philosophy allows anyone to engage their common sense and ask valuable questions.

If philosophy was that bad, why do you think they teach it at the seminaries?
