You people fast religiously as a ritual not understanding the true meaning of fasting as far as God is concerned. I pray the eyes of your understanding and RCCG organized church be opened to the true meaning of fasting in the finished works of Christ.

It could be painful for your sister but never called for those questions. If she likes, she should fix her screen or keep complaining about the sun, it's for her procrastination not to turn to foolishness. You expect NL to hail your sister for her wrong behaviour, it's uncalled for. A man/husband has just been molested, a father has just been embarrassed. Your sister too will meet hers as a lady/mother and a wife she is or probably will be. I've been in the nest of the FRSC and it wasn't funny but I'll never wash my dirty linen in a public place like this. You should correct your sister and you were proud to share these because you expect dumb people to hail your folly. As someone commented earlier, she'll be in need of help of FRSC and God knows how to deal with her as well. As long as you're in Nigeria for now, you can be sure of not doing things correctly but abusing won't solve it. The tongue must be tamed.

Reading the stories have been disheartening, but all the same there are also some lapses as well. Most applicants can't be married and most applicants won't tell you they won't elope in the US on the basis of marriage. It's just proactive on the part of the consular. My advice from experience of some people is to firstly get a tie with the US. What do I mean by that? There are short online professional courses US recognized you can take to proof you have little experience with their way of reasoning and you've demonstrated results from that. The Education is the goal and sometimes might not be a direct means. Some applicants has first chance approval because of some proven results.
A student traveling abroad for a short flight course with no experience in flying would definitely be a burden in firstly trying to adjust to the system, then understanding what is being said. Not hopefully after the course, I would be able to fly, out of it.
Just show some valid results first and proof your case.
Finally and honestly, our leaders in government are not trying. Nigeria is being ruled in the reverse format. What values do we stand for? As a country, what sustainable attainments do we have? The other day I was reading about governors in SW coming together to build a NEW university, I wept. As much as this is welcoming, it is completely lunatic. If Nigeria will have only one University, to what standard will it be built? We lack development and maintenance culture. No continuous improvement, no enforcing law as we celebrate mediocrities. Anybody can start a new thing, but not anybody can sustain things, which is what differentiate these developed from us. We need the right government really, not some jokers of POOR minded money (trillion) spenders. We operate like we lack advancement initiatives, yet we expected results. It can't work. Waiting for results from Media? Rubbish!!!

Those deceiving you are right under your nose. You need to learn where quality and value systems are working. Travel outside NigeiNigeria, not just US, then you'll know you're brutally being deceived.

As much as you want something for her, you need to teach her how to start small. Major on the value, not the money, settle one thing at a time. I have no issue with the church but the basist. He hasn't been frank with himself and God. You being in church is to serve God, not the G.O. If he can't be settled by God first, he can't be settled by the G.O. as well no matter the number of years. God never owes a man and God won't leave you in time of trouble. Position is good but not a colour of a relationship with God. He should cry to God for intervention and watch God order his steps.

Probably I should advise that you quit that teaching job. It's not making you think. Sacrifice must be paid, price must be paid in full. Life won't hand it over to you like a cake already baked. Your 2 2 has no effect on what you can do. Let me shock you a bit. I graduated with a 2 1 and I decided I need time for my life. Rather than going for a job, I developed skills, whatever skill that's legit. When you are valuable, people and money will find you.

If you get a 500k job today, you'll end up regretting in 10years time, because some other friends you know that earn lesser are controlling billions, and some won't change their levels...
