A friend of mine is currently interesting in some land in Lekki.

He has seen the C of O, title deeds and other documentations. Verified it with his lawyer at Alausa.

Now he is confused, his lawyer is stating that he does a Test Survey on the land while someone else is saying he should do a fully survey.

Which one does he do first.

And how much does it cost to do a test survey and what does it entail

My buyer is NOT interested in signing any documents, alot of sellers and agents posing on Nairaland are FAKE. Those that have coontacted me have sent me several emails with FAKE POP after verifying it with their.

The buyer needs 1 Million barrels per month for the next 12 months

They would supply their own vessel, if need be

Buyer guarantees funds availability in 72 hours
