The first job I did after high school was as a sales rep in a cosmetic shop, my madam then got married to an old man cos of money, she has no iota of love for the man, she is always bitter, they quarrel every day and she will extend the anger to me in the shop, Na only one month I work there.

How’s asking someone to pay for a service a scam?

He always says he does it for free to help people but when you contact him he will list his price. He should list the price for each service so people will know and only contact him when they have the money to pay.

Tbh, I think the real problem comes from the people paying these sums. What exactly is a mock interview? For the visa? As per he’s the vo or the relative or what? Mock as in you tell them what or what not to say? Or after the mock, you convince them that their answers will give them a visa

Yeah the guy did not pay, the guy got his visa. If you are on a forum you always announce you do mock for free to help people on the forum and when they contact you, you tell them to pay. Why not list your price on the forum so that people will know and only contact you when they have the money.

Your reply does not relate to the question the other person ask, am trying to let you know also the school issued I:20 for spring.

Most programs in NCAT don’t resume in the Spring semester, as a matter of fact the school didn’t issue I-20 this Spring.

Lies, I know someone that got funding and visa that’s traveling soon for spring semester to that same school. Just that the school deadline to request for spring I:20 was November ending

Go to the K1 session and ask your question, from my opinion there is still approval for K1. K1 does not fall under immigrant visa

I would like to know how to apply for a medical visa. He also got an appointment for visit visa last year, but rescheduled to this year may 2020 because of covid. So sorry about your dads health, I think B1/B2 falls under visiting and medical, he can still use it but still call the embassy to ask and tell them how urgent it is, cancer survival depends on early detection and treatment. When you get here call different cancer organizations to see how you can get help financially and also go to a non profit hospital that can render him financial assistance, cos the bill no be here. Am speaking from experience.

Money when no be your own na you use wan go do business, if you value your sisters educational career you won’t even touch the money. This should teach you a lesson not to be greedy. It reminds me of one of my neighbor in school then that use his fees to sow seed in church and come crying to us when it was almost deadline to pay fees instead of him to go to his pastor.Go to the bank and inform them to see if you can cancel the transaction.

You need to search and email the different department cords. Type MPA graduate assistant, on google you will see a lot of schools, look at their requirements and go for the one that suits your profile.

Yes my sister got funding in public administration this year fall but had to defer to next year fall due to covid. She got an RA position with a professor. Her undergrad was in Business Admin. Anything is possible

Then follow up on the extension you applied for, or have your folks be on a flight back to Nigeria.
No need to be harsh on anyone here. We all don't work with USGovt.
This is all you can do with an extension request. Follow up with the Govt.
September 2nd/5th to November is another 60 days after. That's the time frame you need to be worried about or explain why your folks STILL DIDNT TRAVEL BACK

March to September is 6 months....the airspace has been officially open for months now meaning they've had plenty of time to return to Nigeria but didn't.

The Nigeria airspace for international flight open on September 5th, their I-94 date for 6 months stay was sep 2nd, and you have to send extension 45 days before the date on I-94 which I did. Please allow people that has experience with extension of stay to answer my question if you don’t have an answer

I know I sent the extension package before the Nigeria airspace started operating. And a lawyer said they can’t leave else the extra days after their six months stay will count against them.

Please has any one been in this situation before, my parents came to visit me in March, they were supposed to leave in May but due to covid their flight was canceled. In August I applied for extension of stay base on the six months rule before Nigeria airspace resumed. Now the extension of stay I applied for is still pending, no biometric notification yet from USCIS, I don’t know whether if they leave now the days they stayed will count against them.
