There is one thing in that sentence: "bank has initiated moves to get the loan repaid". This is what the paper couldn't verify but they are sure the church is owing.

With an Igbo man on the APC ballot, the North will vote their own in PDP. Ogbonnaya Onuh that can't even win Abia is the one you want to collect Apc ticket. You are saboteurs who want to prop up weak SE candidates so PDP can win.

Amaechi has limited chances of getting votes in the North, but he can skim a few MB states.
Osinbajo will get Northern votes if he can get an elderly Northern gentleman as vice.

You want to be President but you spent the last 12 years insulting the North. You don't know anything yet. Shebi that is how Obama was doing.

Before 2023, Kanu will be released close to the election and he will sink the chances of the SE. just watch.
All the time, you guys talk about insulting the north but you are blind to the insults from Late Odumakin, Pa Adebanjo, Akintoye, FFK, Gani Adams, Sunday Igboho, Gov of Ondo state, etc.
You all don't see Ango Abdullahi, Paul Unongo, Shetimma, etc insult others.
You don't see Asari Dokubo, EK Clark etc. You know what, you all suffer amnesia

Lmaooo! If you guys are so confident of victory, why are your leaders begging and threatening Tinubu not to contest? Why the constant appeal letters? Why are they not doing everything possible to get the PDP but want the APC ticket microzoned to the South east?

See kiddo, your elders know better so your ignorance can be excused. Go home and ask them to lecture you better on how to win a presidential election in Nigeria instead of wasting my time.
You see my dear, what SE leaders are doing is what a wise son, who is dragging his father's property with outsiders, while his brother is fighting him. It's better South settle first before facing the north. But what Tinubu is doing is encouraging the north to fight harder. And at the end, South will be the loser.

Let me tell you a secret.

The North knows Buhari has messed up. They also know they can't produce the next President. So, they are looking for someone from the South who will protect the interest of the North. That is all.
There is a reason why they are all flocking to Bourdillon. There is a reason why Ambassadors of the US, UK, Canada and Co are going to Bourdillion. They need the status quo maintained.

Okay, tell us, which SE candidate can be trusted to keep to agreements and protect Northern interest. Only Rochas could do that. Unfortunately, foolish politics has kept him out of the equation. Imagine Igbos slapping Rochas just 13 months being out of office.

Even if Tinubu doesn't want to run, they will compel him to either run or produce a candidate that will protect the Northern interest. That is the true situation of things.

Few months from now, Malami and Co will start mobilising for Tinubu. They don't want to go jail after this tenure. You will only cry betrayal and marginalisation.
When I tell you I will bet on this, you think it's mere lip service. I mean it because I've seen it glaringly.
APC can't retain power in 2023 and it's a fact
If eventually they get their acts right, they will choose from the following
Ogbonnaya Onuh
Dave Umahi
Rotimi Amaechi
Osibanjo; mind the order.
Tinubu will never be president in 2023 and he is aware.
Talking about interest: do you know what it took U.S. to have a black president? And today, that black president is valued in U.S. over some of their white ex president.
You surprised me by your blanket opinion against a tribe of over 50 million people. I will stop here

They know they have absolutely no chance of producing the next president and out of jealousy they don’t want to support the part of the south with the brightest chance so they keep threatening to vote for the north if the south west refuse to back down.

We understand their shenanigans so we won’t give in to their threat. They can do their worst as far as we are concerned. Let them give Atiku or any northerner that PDP throws up their inconsequential 5% votes. It makes no difference in deciding who becomes the president.
You talk so childishly. Politically, SE has the brightest chance even running against SW.
Except APC choose Osibanjo, that is where SE will sweat to win. But against Tinubu, it's a walk in the pack.

When SW takes over in 2023, I expect full blown insurgency in the SE.
There's still time:
So I can bet on it; South West will not be president in 2023. They are only trying to be relevant and bargain with where ever the pendulum swings.

Power shift is between north and south. The presidency has never been microzoned and will never be microzoned.

If the SE like, let them come out and contest against the rest of the south for the presidential tickets of the two major parties or continue to issue useless threads up and down. The rest of the south will contest and do everything possible to ensure power is shifted to the south in 2023.
Microzone ko microphone ni
The SE gets the power this type and its not by microzone or microphone; it's by merit. It like an emergency situation and South East is there to midwife a great country.

I’ve seen this since.

But APC especially... if APC ever decides to zone their ticket to southeast, it can’t escape either Umahi or Onu.

And in PDP, Anyim might get the ticket over Obi because of some negative sentiments for Obi in the north.

We might be in for a shocker in 2023.
If PDP decides to choose from South East, then it's Peter Obi(that is if he is contesting). Peter Obi has people in the north. The perception you're talking about is on SM. Did you know how he became VP candidate? The leaders of the north are with him.
Also, internationally, he has contacts more than most of these popular politicians. And it the world powers are to decide for Nigeria of SE, then he gets the nod.

Ask yourself a question

There are 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria, which one do u think is igbos friend?

Which one can u boast of of being your ally?

See when it comes to election it's typically bridge building which u igbos call asslicking

U build bridge with people, when tinubu n osinbajo were building bridges u called them slaves, asslickers n other derogatory names n u never cared to b anybody friend

Now it's time u need people n they aren't there cos u have used your sharp mouth to chase them away.

U called d northerners gworo chewing bastard
U called yorubas sophisticated morons
U describe south south as lazy fools.

Now u want people u insult everyday to vote u.

How will an igbo man campaign to a fulani man self?
How will u campaign to a muslim, even when u treat Muslims with disdain in your region.
A Muslim igbo died n u have to see useless comments by fellow igbos on Facebook just cos he's a Muslim.

See ehn u have a long way to go in redeeming your image if u want to rule.

Esseite:
https://punchng.com/2023-electronic-transmission-of-results-doubtful-301-lgs-lack-internet-facilities/
I've said it in my post that the main reason Buhari declined assent was because of electronic transmission of results.
If you had stayed in the north and conducted elections, you will know that votes are the assets of the north. And with technology, the value will reduce.
The Senate knows, INEC chairman knows but the use the direct primary are a cover up.
The implication of this is any party that covers northern interest will enjoy this asset. There voting will be done manually, collation manually and transmission, manually. While the South grapple with the shortcomings of technology, just like during GEJ, the north will be recording millions.
So APC is in a fix, to be honest. If they choose a southerner, PDP goes north, it's over.
In fact, it's over for any party that choose a southerner in general and south west in particular; especially Tinubu.

PoliticsReligion Influence On Nigeria Politics: Obasanjo V Tinubu by JaroMan(op): 5:26pm On Dec 28, 2021
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was a Muslim adherent until early 1998, when he converted to Christianity while in prison.
The reason why simple: To become the president.
It's inconceivable for the Muslim north to miss out of number one and two positions in the current Nigeria setting. And when the Generals settled for Obasanjo, the stumbling block was religion.
So Obasanjo, who was desperate for limelight grabbed the suggestion with his two hands.
That was when it was sealed and delivered.
This same obstacle is facing Ahmed Tinubu, who is assiduously working to be the president of Nigeria.
The Muslim north cannot play second fiddle to their Christian counterparts and Tinubu knows this.
So APC knows that a Tinubu candidature will see him choose a Christian running mate.
With this, even if PDP choose Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state and find a popular Muslim north, PDP will win.
Now if Ahmed Tinubu choose a Muslim north, the majority Christian South and North will vote PDP. While the PDP Muslim running mate will divide the Muslim votes in the North.
A critical look at Ahmed Tinubu will expose glaring flaws, considering his religion.

Govt borrowing plan focuses on domestic bonds, concessional external loans

https://punchng.com/fg-plans-n12tn-fresh-borrowing-public-debt-to-hit-n50tn-by-2023/
Based on my understanding, there's nothing wrong with borrowing to do business, To invest in critical sectors of the economy and to also repay some loans grin grin grin. But when the govt borrows to for things that don't impact on The life of the country, then there's problem.
For instance, NNPC said they took over 50% of their revenue to search for oil in the north.
This is bad. Then the president now boasted that the discovered oil in the north will help balance political powers. This statement alone will tell you that the oil in the north will not help the life of the country, same as the gold there has brought curse to the country.
So these borrowings are misappropriated and misplaced. It won't help Nigeria
