Rozross:Which core south have you seen him? |
frank14011991:I thought, mathematically when you are analyzing in percentages, the round up should be 100%? Kebbi and Taraba did over voting |
Tabithatim:Hahaha Peter Obi is coasting home with victory before our very eyes. How did I know? When the centrifugal forces are equal to centripetal forces, equilibrium is attained. The opposition from APC and PDP has steadied his voyage to Aso Rock, because those that didn't take him serious have looked to his direction and found him manageable. Back to the post: Where does Peter Obi get his information? Simple, from official desks, not black market. If you want to know how many cars are in Nigeria, go to road safety people. Go to Coscharis, PAN etc. Don't go to Maza Maza; they also sell smuggled cars which are not in database. BMO said 11m; this could be truth if FRSC give you vehicle register. But is it truth based on those plying the roads? Peter Obi as usual, was correct. |
Abfinest007:Can they? Fingers crossed |
Mr. Peter Obi is the presidential candidate of L.P. and going by popular slang in the media, he doesn't have structure to win the election. Labour Party in the last two election was abysmal in their failure. In fact, it was worst in Ekiti because they didn't even record figures for them having lost the structure to APC Just today, INEC published Ogun State guber candidates and L.P. was omitted, a sign the party is almost nonexistent in the state. Same stories are everywhere. But despite these signs of next-to nonexistent, the two big parties APC and PDP tend to see L.P. candidate as a common enemy. Is Peter Obi a threat to these parties or a distraction? Now among these two parties, who is he distracting? I've read PDP folks posit that Peter Obi is a distraction to them. Rightly, there points is that their power base is eroding them so fast and it will get to a point, he will destroy the three zones PDP always brag with; SE, SS and NC. I saw L.P. town hall meeting on Sunday in Porthacourt and notable faces were seen given talks. These are PDP henchmen; someone like Hilda Dokubo and co. I saw Wike and Amaechi foot soldiers. The meeting was packed. It was clear from that meeting that South South big men are working with Peter Obi. It's also instructive to know that Peter Obi has a cordial relationship with ex president GEJ and the later' s SS structure will be given to Peter Obi free of charge if push comes to shove. If you move to Akwa Ibom and Cross River states, you may think Peter Obi was their former governor. Delta and Edo states are wonders to behold as to how popular the man Peter Obi is in these states. South East is a no go area. So PDP was right to initiate an attack against Peter Obi personality. In fact, they wasted a lot of time because the underrated him. Another place he has become a phenomenon is NC. Abuja, Nasarawa, Benue and Plateau states are turning for the man without structure. These area have reasonable Christian voters and PDP have licked their lips how they will harvest these votes, going by the fallout of Muslim-Muslim ticket of APC. But with Peter Obi, it is looking so unlikely at the moment. And his unrestricted access to these governors is another thing that worries PDP. The other time he met with Benue, Rivers and Abia govs. It's unsettling to say the least. One can understand where PDP is coming from; but where is the attack of APC coming from? Labour Party is nothing in SW. In fact the SW politicians want to strangulate every opposition to APC; and the project cuts across party lines. That's why Ayo Fayose is unconcerned in PDP affairs. Normally, APC strong base are SW, NW, NE and parts of NC like Kogi, Niger and Kwara states; Peter Obi is weak in these areas. So why are APC goons after Peter Obi? Are they also seeing him as threat or distraction? Now; huge Christian community are in SW and many clergymen are becoming vocal against Muslim Muslim ticket. In fact, they are not even looking at Atiku or PDP direction. Peter Obi is whom they're pointing to their members. Now if religion finally polarize SW, then it is over for APC, because the cosmopolitan nature of the zone will influence even some Muslims into voting Peter Obi, while majority of non Yorubas will also vote him. The reverse shouldn't be rule out; no matter the amount of movement, it's a loss to APC. So who is Peter Obi distracting? I think he has distracted APC. The reason is; his supporters are very coordinated and are made of the finest journalists online. In fact, only one expose on Tinubu by David Hundeyin has destroyed the international profile of Tinubu even when campaign has not started. Obidients have very potent trolls and they are unrelenting; fighting like jackal and hyenas. So Tinubu group now see the damage Peter Obi are doing as obstacle to winning, forgetting that Atiku have started consolidating. Did you not see how many northern APC lawmakers that moved to PDP lately? The Osun election is another sign of distraction. Where Tinubu went and attacked Labour Party. But after election, PDP won while Labour Party got 2k votes. I see APC getting invested in Labour Party while PDP steals the show. Because already, APC is handicapped with the same Faith ticket. They should forget Labour Party, fight with PDP and dismantle them with state machinery. They can come back to Labour Party later. Omooba77:Neither is Kano and Kastina states |
madridguy:You guys are just lame duck. Someone made a claim. Prove him wrong with fact. Like they grouped y'all without arming you with working tools |
madridguy:I kid you not. I'm talking from the place of knowledge. |
https://basketball.realgm.com/national/countries/39/Nigeria/nba_players This link is for the list of NBA players. Peter Obi said of every 150 players of NBA, 100 are Nigerians. If you go through the list on this link, you will agree with Peter Obi. A country like U.S. has up 30% of Nigerians in the fold, representing U.S. Canada, U.K. etc are not left out. Atiku v Peter Obi on Electric power Atiku talked about decentralization of our power plants. Employing natural resources available to every geopolitical zone to generate electricity. And state govts will manage distribution. E.g. coal for Enugu(South East) Gas for South South Dams for north. These are noble programs. Peter Obi on the other hand plans to employ the power program of Egypt and promised that in 4th year, Nigeria would be generating 16000MW. Critique: For Atiku to give us stable electricity, it requires the bill of the NASS that will TOTALLY remove power from exclusive list to concurrent list. Unbundling is good, but how fast can the bureaucracy surrounding it be untangled? So what Atiku is saying is that what previous governments did should be scrapped. This is lack of continuity which has slowed our progress as a nation. On Peter Obi part, he said he went to Egypt, and the company that fixed the power are Siemens. After Siemens worked power project, they managed it. Siemens company is already on ground doing power project in Nigeria. Why not continue with Siemens now for short term solution and then plan unbundling for long term; since restructuring the country will take of things like that. The Peter Obi approach will guarantee continue in power reforms, which will mitigate waste of resources. You remembered how Yaradua govt stopped OBJ power project to start his own. Till today, nothing has changed except prepaid meters. My opinion. But when are we assessing Bola Tinubu program? |
You actually think Peter Obi was wrong? Ok. Do you know what it takes to get this data? Google. Take into consideration, those that are Nigeria by origin but U.S. by birth. You will see the man wasn't wrong after all. Moreover, what we will gain if this info was wrong? Use the link below and see how many Nigerians are representing other countries. Some don even change names. Peter Obi was right https://basketball.realgm.com/national/countries/39/Nigeria/nba_players |
Please effort should be made to rank equals. At least, Datti Baba Ahmed is a senator, just like Shetimma. Compare the two. Peter Obi should only be compared with Atiku and Tinubu. Kwankwaso? Kano state president. |
I love this. Time to relocate to my Onitsha and stop all these unwarranted insults from people I can keep in the house and be paying them salary. Soludo thank you. |

Omooba77:I’m Obi-dient; but what CAN is saying is nonsense. There are APC, PDP, LP, NNPP and so on; tell your members to choose any of these parties apart from APC if you think APC doesn’t protect your interests. This is democracy and parties choose the approach that will win elections for them, it is you the voter that will say “NO” by voting against the party. Or is CAN saying that, they would’ve chosen Tinubu if he had picked a Christian vp despite the atrocities of APC? That is why I think CAN will still vote APC because he’s from south west but not as a body now. And they won’t support any candidate openly, as they would’ve supported Tinubu if he had picked a Christian VP. We know these people |
kenzysmith:With this demography, it’s easy to know who Peter Obi candidacy will hurt: that’s Atiku. Peter Obi will win 5 states of East. 2 or 3 states of south south; one state of north central; one state of north east; Abuja. These states are where pdp dominated. |
MrPolitics:Some of ignorantly think Peter Obi just jumped into this contest for the fun of it. Peter Obi started preparations of 2023 since 2010. That’s why it appears his records are impeccable. He has people scattered all over Nigeria and needed a big platform like pdp for easy ride. Since pdp failed him, he has to double work to get to that level. That’s why he moved to labor party, so he can connect his own structure to Nigeria labor congress, for wider reach. If he links well with NLC and greater Christian bodies, then he has great chance. Pat Utomi and his team are working to link these groups |
seyimailbox:If labor party gets 20k votes in osun state, then they really mean business. That’s what I meant. South west really want to win the presidency with APC and everyone is working towards that irrespective of the party. |
seyimailbox:The candidate of labor party moved to APC before elections. And when he was asked to invite the leadership of labor party and Peter Obi, he declined because he has collected money from APC. In osun state, Lasun wanted to do same thing until the party came in. So he has invited the party for campaign. Peter Obi has promised to raise money for him. But that politics of south west which they learnt from north. See how northern APC members are moving to pdp because of Atiku. South west pdp folks are moving to APC cos of BAT. I don’t blame them. So let’s see how labor party will fare in osun state. |
9jatriot:So what does the law say now? And point of correction; Salisu was actually sacked because of forged Toronto certificates |
Yukov:How many of them summoned SE? |
Forzs:Ogbonnaya Onuh is the candidate of APC Peter Obi is the candidate of PDP. I didn't start saying this today. Pin this. |
Yes, this question have been answered by the president when he traveled to U.S. The journalist asked him paraphrase) "There are doubts about your identity; are you dead or alive?"The president answered expressly "I'm alive". Trevor Noah used this to make jokes. He said "the way the president answered the question, looked like he's been dead". So on this question; president Buhari is alive. But are there signs that the president is literally "not on seat"? Yes there are. 1. He said he never knew of train attacked in Kaduna 2. He said he never knew of ASUU strike So what does the president know? But the worst doubt to the existence of Buhari is the current money heist happening in his party. They called it presidential nomination form. The price is N100m and as at the last count, 38 persons have bought this form to contest to be president: including the CBN governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele. A living president won't tolerate his ministers buying N100m form A living president won't watch CBN drag INEC to court cos he wants immunity just like elected 36 state governors. A living president won't allow his wife live in Dubai and visits Nigeria A living president won't allow his ministers stay put while contesting elective positions And so many flashy points that suggests Nigeria may have a president who is not sitting. |
If you notice: Daily Independent has been doing to much PR for a certain section in PDP. This same daily reported that Peter Obi has negotiated VP with Atiku. The have come up with this speculation and omitted Peter Obi entirely. The good thing about this dispensation is that one person can not tell your story anymore. We have Arise Tv, channels TV, AIT, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc to fall back to when paid gate keepers want to lock us out. PDP is a microcosm of Nigeria. There are East, West, North and South. There are issues of zoning that have kept PDP on their toes. Then PDP will sit down an prune the list to 3 and remove SE; a power block in Nigeria. This is so laughable. This report is the figment of the author's imagination. It's full of speculation and all that rubbish. So I don't take them serious. |
Mynd44:Don't mind him. If he knows politics, he would know that the speculative report omitted Peter Obi entirely for a reason. Among the three aspirants named, none can win the election for PDP. None of them. |
JOemmy:I'm 100% sure you've been to any core northern state. But because you want to agend, you must open your mouth waaaaaa. |
Has Ogbonnaya Onuh picked his form already? Once he does, it is finished. Tinubu was briefed today. |
When I saw Wale Adegoke, I laughed and said "na dem". In 2015, APC scored less than 25% in SE, "DEM" say SE put the eggs in one basket. In 2019. APC scored 25% in some SE, "DEM" say this time, not eggs but legs. Two legs in different baskets. Deji and Niyi of "Fart" Checkers are with bloody nose for attempting to discredit Peter Obi. Tunde Bakare is discrediting SE from the pulpit. Iwo king is fighting the SE from his throne. Please Yorubas, what are the sins of South East? They never killed your kings or your princes. What have South East done to you folks. In your effort to stop the South East from presidency, you have planted a seed in the mind of North, by saying only them can give presidency. Today, Ahmed Lawan has joined the presidential foray and Akeredolu is running up and down trying to put out the fire Yorubas ignited. Every day, "Peter Obi cannot get the ticket" yen yen yen and the north are feeding on these nonsense to feel larger than life. Since 1999, I've never seen north this arrogant. OBJ put them where they belong and their votes never made Buhari, Atiku and Ribadu president until Yorubas joined them in 2015. Yet same Yorubas have forgotten the made the north president and turned around to say opposite, all in a bid to sidetrack South East. I hope we have seen where your "monkey smartness" led us all? |
Realist12:The South will get presidency is they support South East. The north knows this. They're waiting for South to make that move and the longer it takes, the worse it goes for South. |
The owners of northern Nigeria said they're not in support of the consensus. |
MadeINchenzen2:Itchy fingers will just be writing nonsense upon nonsense. No one investigates any more. They just dish out scums like Nollywood all in the name news |
osinbanjoisaliar:Isiguzoro is an imposter. Those that sponsore are well known and they will meet their end at the appropriate time. |
Maxymilliano:Wike was angry with AIT owner Raymon Dokpesi because he said "I spoke to the people of South East on why they should support Atiku, so that after 4 years, he will hand over to them". Wike's game plan is to stop Atiku and become a vice to Tambuwal or Saraki. So that power will not come to South East. He's not interested in the ticket. So all these zone this or that is just to be deceiving some PDP Southern govs who he thinks is with him. But the game is the game. Watch as he will crumble before primary. Peter Odili was more forceful and urbane. But finally, his name was not even on the ballot box during primary |
You guys should always get your fact and figure intact before coming online.
