Icon4s: It depends on how big you want the house to be and your finishing taste, it can cost you between 10 & 18M.
Forget all those saying anything 5-8Million. It cannot complete a 3 Bedroom Bungalow under this present economic situation. I wonder o. On my third 3-bedroom bungalow project. First cost N16m (plus BQ), second N9m (no BQ and smaller), and currently on my 3rd which just reached roofing level. Since land cost is not there, location does not matter much as difference in prices of building materials in different locations is not so significant. |

I'm sure Asisat can do no wrong in my eye.
I'm sure she was forced to voice her frustration after seeing the lacklustre performance from her team mates.
And from the tweets up there, she has spoken the minds of majority. Majority of fans agree with her But she is different from a fan. |

You dont criticize your colleagues or employer in public as long as you're still working there.
But the tweet isn't a bad one, it was more of an advice, though still unnecessary, but I dont expect her to be scolded for this. |

Viking07: Are the members working? My name is there. I have not paid my membership dues in more than 6 years. It's a very small money (less than 100k) which will even be reimbursed by my employers but I just did not take it seriously. I just needed their cert to add to my CV, I have not been doing the subsequent financial obligation of a member. Not good. This action will make me take it seriously. |

Kanade21: 1.It's possible....Pele was playing club football at 15.
2.Oliseh retired at 31. Once a football player hits 30....retirement isn't far off. (That's why clubs like Arsenal offer yearly renewal of contract for their over 30 players...even for guys like Henry.). Not everyone is Ryan Giggs (whom Ferguson felt was a genetic freak anyway...plus he was into Yoga and proper dieting.) Thanks. I was just wondering how a 15 year old had the bone to play Nigerian league. |

zicoraads: I totally get.
I also lost someone who was not a personal friend, but a mentor of some sorts. Prof Adesanmi.
It was bad before that plane crash. After him, it's worse. Same person. Pius was a good friend. I still occasionally look at the messages we exchanged on my phone. Yet to get over it. |

zicoraads: I am not sure I will ever be used to flying. Every single time always feels like the first. I have flown more than 300 times in the last 13 years and I used to be very casual about it (no form of worry), but since I lost a friend in the Ethiopian crash in March this year, flying has not been the same for me again. I have flown about 30 times between March and now, and I was not myself throughout the flights. I used to sleep no matter how short the journey was, but I have not been able to close my eyes for 1 minute in all flights since March. Knowing someone personally in a crashed flight changed flying experience for me. Not sure I will ever recover. |

wesley80: Sad to hear. I've always wondered if FAAN and the local aviation industry learn anything from crashes in the country. From the little I know watching ACI on NatGeo, there's always an important lesson from every air mishap and shrouding Air crash investigations in secrecy is counterproductive. But investigation has not been completed. You want them to finish investigating before releasing a press statement to confirm it happened? |

michaelwilli: You need to read the crash investigation, it's much more than that Read that months ago - at least the wiki entry. I knew a little bit about that incident. In fact, the pilot's last communication with the ATC was "I have lost noth engines...I have lost everything". I know he said simething like "I just want to get home..." when they first noticed an issue about 17 minutes into the journey", but I thought that home was Lagos. |

SarkinYarki: The crew flew by the book , one engine lost thrust at V2 the pilots followed the safety checklist by making an air return with the remaining engine . Great flying , this is the simple procedure the crashed Dana's captain refused to heed since he didn't want to miss his own flight to the US Dana's first engine failed about 30 minutes mid-air. Closer to Lagos than returning to Abuja. He lost the the other engine later. |
