0 forget101O: Hello Gurus in the House.
A friend of mine just got a Journey Instruction for a 7day course in the U.K. from the company where he works. The program is to commence on the 26th of June (ie this month).
Please, what will he need to process his VISA and what is the cost to get this done for him to meet with the dateline?
Please put into consideration that this is first trip.
I will be grateful for a prompt response. Thanks He might need a fast track. I did a fast track (extra cost) in similar circumstance in 2017 and got my visa in 13 days, the last working day before my travel. Interestingly, without fast track in 2016, I got the visa in less than 13 working days. I just didn't want to ake the risk last year. I think he should do fast track, and he needs to start today, given the travel date is less than 14 days away. |

Hi guys here,
I have applied for and gotten 6-month UK visa on 3 occasions in the past - 2013, 2016, 2017.

Can I go from 6 months to 5 years straight - bypassing 2 years? |

He will fit into Stoke City team though because of his physicality. |

1, Try to do medical check up (I just dont know why I trust foreign system).
2, Visit stadia
3, Just stay indoor sometimes. I just get tired of wakawaka sometimes and remain indoor in some days. The fast internet and power reliability make indoor experience a great experience on its own.
4, Do shopping. |

After seeing so many stories of snakes killed on Nairaland, I tried killing one that strayed into my compound few days ago, but immediately I hit the grass and it moved, I ran away and allowed it go. |

Well most of you ignorant folks don't travel, you live all you sorry ass lives in Nigeria. Go to Germany, Russia and see how Islam is being propagated everyday. You'd be surprised to even see some people practising Islam in some of these European nations. More than a quarter of the national football teams of France and Germany going to Russia are Muslims. ykalhaji: How are you so sure Simi is going to Russia sef ?? Dropping Simy at this stage would be the most stupid decision by Rohr. I don't think he would that. The player to be dropped would come from defence and midfield. |

ykalhaji: Lol... You are right, Iheanacho needs to start. His movements, knack at being at the right place, his passes and I think he has the most accurate shot selection for a Nigerian player I have ever seen, that makes him a hat trick threat at any given day or game. But Rohr prefers his burly strikers. I agree with this. Nacho has better positioning. |

Mickael2: So after all the movement against Algeria how many times did our midfielders feed him? None. he was anonymous. If jam body will give you goals against Cameroon then come and continue doing it, I mean what does Drogba do? I like your last sentence. Drogba used power against any team - Europe, Africa - getting good goal returns in clubs and national team, where he scored more than 50 goals in CIV jersey, although his WC performances were not flattering. Same with Yakubu. Good scoring ratio for club and country. If you are a power playing striker, use it anywhere. When you are easily caught up in simple caging of your midfielders, there s a problem. As bad as Yakubu was, he sometimes temporarily changed to the wings to get better supplies if supplies were not coming from middle and he cut one or two defenders to score goals. Drogba even sometimes dropped deeper into his own half. Ighalo should learn to do more too. Power is an asset to him, but he could do better. The era of standing 9 is gradually fading. PS: The coach, based on post-match press conference, was satisfied with his performance. He might have ayed strictly to instruction |

komekn: Ebuehi has for me put Shehu into retirement NUFF said.
Joel Obi and Onazi have lost thier with Onazi carrying way too much weight.
Ogu did not stabilise the midfield, we were playing 3-5-2. He was left sided CB his lack of pace and recovery opened the door for Welbeck you almost have an open road to score goal if not for Ekong.
Etebo brought much needed invention, stability, mobility, attack and much needed defensive backtracking.
Musa gave Walker a lesson in sprinting.
With the work they did as a collective Mikel was unleashed with licence to roam. Iwobi is fast growing up and running tings.
When will Aina get a game at RB or LB we really have not tested him properly.
Idowu has given Echiejile is pension, nuttin more to say.
Finally, football brought the Naija community out in full force LONDON shake no be small.
Met old classmates I hadn't seen for years and some Naija celebrity musicians.
GR8 Day in the end after causing cardiac arrest to the nation the revived themselves in the second half. After watching this game, my English boss sent me an email that the department didn't need to worry about either me or him taking leave to go watch WC final in Russia because both teams were awful tonight and neither of them can get to WC final. I just sent him an LOL response. I didn't bother to reply him that our concern in Nigeria was how to survive the group stage and no expectation of final. I also didn't bother to ask whether he was truly expecting England to get to WC final, even before this game. |

Goke7: God willing and hope we all know that the croatia game is key to our moving forward. There will be no more excuse for any flop from any player. That game will decide the future of all those who will play in that game The Croatia game is the most important to us just as the win vs Bosnia (our contender for 2nd spot in 2014) was the reason we made it out of the group. I believe we can qualify with 4 points. 6 points a bonus. |

tbaba1234: I stand by my statement by the way. The team today showed that it can play. Watch our game vs Argentina in 2002. It was worse than our first half today but it was throughout the match I remember the 2002 game vs Argentina very well. Yes, the Argies dominated from start to finish, but they only got away with a solitary goal - a respectable scoreline. I know 2-1 vs England today was also respectable going by scoreline, but both teams didn't play like a team that could pull a victory, so they were at best bopth average. |

————————-Uzoho——————-
————Omeruo——Ekong—-Idowu———-

——————-Iwobi———V.Moses—————
————————-Ighalo—————— Can we try Simy as the starting CF for once? Ighalo's goal ratio for Nigeria is getting suspect. |

I wont blame Uzoho for that second goal. Yes, there will always be learning point for a goal keeper for every goal, but only few keepers in the world would have saved a goal from a Kane that was so balanced to take such shot in box 18. Not even Buffon escaped it. |

Mujtahida: One person argues that the team is better than the 2002 set yet you guys make it sound like that is the prevailing notion here. Na today we begin watch ball?
Nope what you guys want is not to be objective. Your mind is that the team is average and therefore no one should have Faith in them. Bros even if this team were to play Brazil I will not go to watch the match believing Brazil will beat us. Lie lie. And its not that I'm blind. But that credit of believe I will give this team freely and abundantly. What do I have to lose. 94 we were burned, 98 we were trounced, 2002 we snoozed out, 2010 we failed, 2014 was the same old story. What are we afraid of again?
Una go stand for darkness dey cry average, average like adult wey wan terrify small pikin with ojuju. Abeg carry your objectivity comot for here go front page. Look like we are on different levels. Really don't have energy for arguments - especially stupid ones. And you guys are not more passionate about SE than some of us. Even before this thread, when Nigerian national team football discussions were a hard sell on Nairaland, some of us were lone voices in the talk about and passion for national team. We know the post-2013 AFCON latter day fans on Nairaland that think they have the monopoly of support for SE. |

All of sudden, just because he had a bad game, you think he's overated. You have not been following this thread. The rating people are talking about here is the rating since his resurgence in Torino and the consistent case for his inclusion in our starting 11. No one is talking about his performance of 10 years ago pls. |
