What is my point? My point is that playing hard to get does not guarantee anything. It does not make a man cherish a lady any more or less. I am not advising for Afrikan ladies to give themselves cheaply to Afrikan men, but I believe they should be smart about how they ride. That's all.

Nice Piece! Op, I can relate to what the ladies are saying! truth is you'd most value what you put in work for! Rather that which comes without you breaking a sweat! Take for example Money worked for, and Money given to you on a free. there's a 99.9% chance you'd spend the one gotten on a free Carelessly, when I say carelessly I don't necessarily mean you giving it away or Blowing it all on drinks,But there's a likelihood you Buy without a second guessing. while Money worked for! well if you A 9 to 5er that has to wait till months end to get paid, correct me if i'm wrong don't you already have you plans mapped out already, on what and what you'd spend it on. or say you a business man. you can't tell me after tolling all day to make sales you'd walk straight into a Bar and blow it all away, same logic applies to women, she makes the move at you! there's a 99.9% chance you'd under value her! work hard to get her! How you react to situations is everything. so what! if he asked you to come to his house for the first date? Would his intention be different if he invites you over after 10 dates? when guys suggest things that you don't like or believe in, politely state your stance in a friendly manner and suggest what pleases you. It's better than flaring up or passing instant judgement like most people would do. Don't be a ‘dem dey share money for your house’ kind of girl. A simple ‘we have only just met and I don't trust you’ would be a better answer. I say this because even though most guys that invite girls to their houses on the first date do it with naks in view. A few are genuinely interested in you and have good reasons for not wanting to meet outside their home. adopting a matured approach can only yield positive results!

On another note, a guy can end up marrying someone he just wanted to sleep with. Your actions most times determines the outcome!

But why don't you just compare this with what twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other american social networking sites are doing. Isis sympathizers are never banned, suppressed, nor is their speech regulated. Nairaland's owner actually risks executing exactly what the senators are being accused of in their social media bill: silencing free speech.
I'm sure you were up in arms against the senators' idea as well.
Don't you think it would make sense for YouTube or Facebook to ban or regulate Isis and boko haram videos, or issue bans on users who declare support for their cause? But certainly, they wouldn't do that, as it amounts without doubt to opinion regulation, especially on such a massive and free platform as the internet.

We need to look at this carefully. Not just from what's good or bad for business, but for what's good or bad for freedom. The few people peddling rhetorics can always be banned. Speech regulation is no good thing.
