I am not complaining young man, I am simply pointing out an ignoble trend in the society which I have directly witnessed and a lot of folks here have acknowledged to be exactly the situation.

You must know that all these public toilets have their cleaners. However, even with cleaners and maintenance, if people are reckless in the use of these facilities, it would still remain perpetually dirty and unsightly.
