OK.First of all,I never knew masturbation has any side effect when I started it..Few years into the act I realized each time I finished doing it i always feel so dull,like something left me.But I didn't count it as anything because few hours after that dullness I would comeback to my normal state..Little did I knw depression was on the way..One day,immediately after I just cum from it I became dull like never before.I was practically empty,I mean it was worse than I had ever experienced. The pain was out of this world,and were all swollen.If I work up everyday its will take me like 30 minutes to open my eyes. I mean I am awake,but I will have to lie on the bed until I am able to open my eyes..I was always cracking my throath as if I had a Thorn on it. Back pain was so excruciating that I could not even run each time I wanted to..constipation was another thing..See en,I can't explain everything..I just can't.. That's why when people claim masturbation has no side effect I feel like strangling them..As I write this now enh,nothing in this world can make me masturbate,not even at gun point.

One thing you should know is that your brother is now married and is firstly responsible to his wife and kids before any other person so him allowing three extended family to stay in this hard times is an act of kindness and bravery please don't add more stress to his life by bickering with your in-laws.
