First of all be real to your self. It looks like you're not honest as your moniker indicate female. Secondly check if you don't have bad breath cause that's a turn off for girls, even guys. Body odour too should be checked. Good luck to you next time.

There is this lady I have been dating now for almost eleven years (11) she was my first love, we started dating while I was still in my final stage of secondary school, things were moving smoothly, as we are both new in the game of love.

I could remembered, then, mtn with their free night calls, we would talk from 12am to 5:00am then, she is the daughter to the king of the town, a well known king in Lagos state, but along the line, as we progress in line, owing to my fine boy of a thing,.

You know we guys when we sense that, it seems all lady want us, due to our cute look, or academic reasons, we take the advantage to flirt, of which she so much detest a cheating guy, she caught me times without number, but still hard for both of us to let go our anyone, after my higher institution,

I relocated to Lagos to start life and keep the hustle real, but this lady was in Lagos with mom, she keep coming to my place even in Lagos, but unfortunately, we lost contact, for seven years, we couldn't reach ourselves, then i decided to relocated to another location in Lagos

But just last month, her call came, that she saw my contact on Facebook, And we try to renew the relationship, that's how we started and doing fine, she's now in her final year At Fountain University, Oshogbo,

Now the problem facing us now is, She is a Muslim, while am a Christian, her parent will never allow her to convert, while my own parent will never allow me to convert, and now we are madly in love, she try to convinced her dad, but all effort was prove abortive.

We love ourselves so much, but religion is the barrier facing us now, we are both planning to run away from the country, she promised to foot all bills for our travelling, but I told her we should try just be friend as our religion is the barrier here now.

If not for the religion issue, we plan to have our introduction this year, and get wedded next year, but religion want to truncate the whole plans,

Pls fellow nairalanders, your advice is urgently needed now, we are both confused, with no option, we can't let go of anyone, and yet we don't want our parent to turn back to us,

She keeps crying everyday, even I myself, and in the state of confused now,.

SHOULD WE QUIT THE RELATIONSHIP OR WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW..?

I was in your shoes some times ago, and I let her go. But today I am regretting it.. Forget religion my brother, tinubu and his wife and Christian and Muslim, are they it happily married?

Health / Re: Be Very Careful When Buying Facemask From Roadside Hawkers by jasent2020(m): 7:19am On May 03, 2020
IjawAboki007:
I think we should be very careful about the usage of these locally made face masks because of what I saw today. I was in a bus where a passenger called a facemask seller.

After asking for the price, he took one and put it on. He immediately told the seller that he wanted to make another choice. He finally paid for one after putting on about 5 different types. I noticed it and told the man the implication of what he has just done and he became so sober.

Even other passengers were looking fearful because what I said was true. Now, what if that man has the virus, he has succeeded in affecting those masks without knowing.

These infected masks will be bought by other innocent people. It is also possible that is how these facemask hawkers allow buyers to first put it on before they buy.

There is a high possibility the virus can be spread easily this way. For those of us who patronize these local hawkers, let be careful and vigilant.

You are very right op.Same thing is happening here in Ghana. Sometimes I wonder if God did not create some people with sense. Everyone is supposed to know the implications of such action.. Another thing I observed is how the hawker normally holds the mask with Bare hands..And how some people touches there face when trying to arrange the mask even without washing their hands.. Sincerely the wrong use Of this mask may end up helping to spread this virus faster than its should be without the mask... Public enlightement is highly and urgently needed.

Family / Re: I Am Ending My Marriage Because Of These (see Reasons And Give Advise) by jasent2020(m): 4:37pm On Apr 29, 2020
Lordsonn:
Greetings to you all. I want to go straight to the point. I opened this account because of my marital problems.

From the day I met my wife, she was after marriage. In less than two weeks of meeting her, she started pressurizing me to meet her family members which I succumbed to.

These are what she told me at the beginning of the relationship:

1) She had HND from Kaduna Polytechnics
2) She has Diploma in Computer Science
3) She is a professional cake baker
4) She was three months pregnant
5) That she was 27 years

My discoveries after marriage:

1) She doesn’t have any HND, infact no good WAEC result
2) She cannot even connect laptop to printer and print. She don’t know much about computer at all.
3) She doesn’t know how to bake cake. I discovered that the cake I asked her to bake for me, she gave the contract to her friend.
4) She was never pregnant. She had fibroid and that made her tummy big
5) She was 33 years.

NOTE: the reasons why I believed all she told me at the beginning was because she was a prophetess in her church. She speaks in tongues and prophesy many times and most of the prophecies came to pass.

I was even surprised that in less than two weeks of our relationship, she made move for sex and we started having sex. I did not even think of pre-marital sex because I thought she was a holy woman.

The problems after marriage: several people began to beg me to forgive her and continue with the marriage. I find it difficult but she was still living in my house. I was just being forced my her family and her family members persuaded some of my family members to beg me too. I tried to love her but hatred for her was just building in my heart.

The fibroid surgery was successfully done and she got pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy. I thought the coming of the child may make me to forgive her but I could not recover from her betrayal. I even hate her more.

She wrote WAEC last session and got nine credits but the memory of her betrayal is giving me a lot of psychological trauma. I love an educated woman and cannot see myself glued to an illiterate woman in the name of marriage.

Major problems that made me sent her out:

1) She refused to go to my church. She always want to go to her church and even want me to join her there which I refused.
2) She doesn’t like education at all. She hate going to school and will never carry book to read.
3) Anytime I have disagreement with her, she will call her elder brother. And they will come and talk to me, sometimes in a very condescending manner
4) She is not submissive, very arrogant and talks with anger, authoritatively.
5) She is a societal woman, she loves joining several associations of women and be going to meetings every sunday which I don't like.
6) She value clothes more than human being. She can use any money from the family purse to buy Hollandis, lase, George etc just to dress to her church for show off. I am introvert but she is extremely extrovert.

I sent her out of my house three weeks ago. She is trying to come back in the disguise that she doesn’t want her child to be only one, that it will make the child suffer in the future but I told her I cannot allow her to my house again. I love my little child and I cannot live with such a woman who is full of lies and pretense. I just have hatred for such kind of people.

What do you think I should do?

The part were you said the fabriod was responsible for her protruding stomach is confusing. I mean, was if after you started having sex that the fbroid developed that she she could have you believe it's your baby in there? Or was she having the fabroid before you started your relationship? Pls clarify this.

This is why the Churches should be open...

There is Little or Nothing the Government can do now...

Nigeria has had Ebola, Cholera, Lassa fever, HIV aids, Tuberculosis, etc we didn't lock down...

No African Nation is supposed to be on Lock down.. Our Leaders just copied what the Americans and Europeans were doing..

Africa is different Continent ! We have always had a way of Sorting out these things..

The Church has been a Major Help in things like this in Nigeria..

Let's stop Decieving ourselves.... We are not Americans, Americans are not us..

Modified;
For My Brothers and Sisters who feel Otherwise and those who Insulted me, I Love you all and I Say GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

For those of us whose problem is tithe and offering. Tithe is paid when you make money ! So I don't understand how that connects to this.

Most Importantly, The Sacrifices of a Sinner is Abomination to GOD.. it has nothing to do with this. Any pastor or whoever that pressures you for tithes or offering as a tool for Prayer is a Scam.. Depart from such places..

We preach JESUS! Money is not our Motivation!

See Romans 1:21-22

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Once again GOD BLESS YOU ALL... I LOVE U ALL

Happy SUNDAY! I Am Off To CHURCH
How did church come into this?

These Chinese doctors wants to deal with us, the way they are mutating and mixing up covid 19 with other disease especially in the USA. Nigeria's Govt biggest mistake is the invitation of Chinese doctors into Nigeria. That's our biggest mistake, don't ever trust the Chinese people. Every countries around the world is against China presently but our foolish govt with no direction, invited them. Our doctors were in charge of the situation prior to the arrival of the Chinese guys but now, our doctors don't even know what they are facing. This govt no get sense at all, see how Good luck Jonathan's govt dealt with Ebola in just 2-4 weeks.

Many Nigerian doctors have come out to say they have a cure, but our stupid govt has been ignoring this doctors claims, instead of working with them. Was this not how the GEJ govt allied with Nigerian doctors and came up with a cure for Ebola even when WHO and The US said we must not use the cure with discovered... but the GEJ govt used it anyways and cured everyone.

This stupid govt, instead of allying with doctors, make research and discover our own cure (we have the herbs and everything we need for a cure) they are busy following the suggested cure from the Chinese so called doctors who came with ulterior motives and also waiting for recommendations and vaccine from the so called WHO which has strictly been criticized for not revealing vital information on how to manage covid 19.

Now the virus is killing people anyhow in Nigeria and we now have over 900 cases. This govt is too weak and lacks direction....na only God go help us.
The elite are not spare by the virus nan,.the virus careless about the position you occupy,so we will suffer together. Foolish government of Buhari

NACE13:

True, it is very lucrative but forget how people just say the word "programmer" like it is just like eating a piece of cookie. It takes months, probably years depending on how serious and committed you are to become one. You cannot just read and relax thinking you are done, you have to keep updating yourself. One thing I can assure you is this: you will be frustrated once you get started, but will you push on or give up is the issue.

To get started, go to the website w3schools.com and select the language you want. I'd recommend Python or Javascript because these are the top two PL as of April 2020 but I'd advice you go for the one you find easier to understand. You can download PDFs from numerous websites and you can also follow some YouTube programmers and tutors like Clever Programmer, Ben Awad, CS Dojo, Jacobowski etc.

If you have spare money for online bootcamp, you can try Codecademy or Udemy or may be you can try the ones here in Nigeria with reputable names that will drill you till you become good but they are usually expensive.

PS: Research first before you make a decision, because most people I know dropped along the way because they couldn't keep up due to poor research and because they heard this or that PL pays higher and all they are after is the money. What I am trying to say is, do the one you fancy the most because you like it, not because of how much it pays.
Also it is better to be a master of one than to be a learner in all I.e learn a language and build yourself on it rather than trying to learn all the languages there is and end up with nothing.
Thanks alot bro.. This really help. Yes I have money to spend your get the knowledge, so I will to give it my all. Sorry for replying late, I have OT been online for sometime now.
