Udo004: Good morning house please there is an issue bothering me. I applied to study in Griffiti still in the process for July batch but I am currently expectant and to give birth in August. Would I be allowed to defer when I arrive if I successful get my visa.Or would it be possible to start classes and then after a month request for an extension due to my state.Hope I won’t be faulted.I really don’t want to jeopardize my opportunity.kindly advice me please God bless Firstly... giving birthday in Australia as a non Pr holder would likely cost you about 10k to 11k hospital bill without health insurance. Health insurance that covers pregnancy.... kicks in after 1yr of you purchasing said insurance 2nd fact... you will most likely be discharged a day or 2 after giving birth...except its c section, which means your hospital bill increases After your discharged.. do you have friends or family that can support you while you in Australia recover? Because in Australia you are on your own except you have been here for a while and have formed good friendships Defer your admission and give birth where you have all the support you need |

SantaClause: You know funny enough DIBP does not grant visas your school do......The decided issued visas to DIBP DIBP only check their security aspect. When i did my application my school was the one who verify my bank statment not DIBP but when i was submitting my application i still included but the school already verify. Maybe its just the queue that isgrant are not coming in plus they are reducing immigrant badly when i tel you badly i mean meant badly....Citizen wait is no longer 5years anymore but 10years.. for PR i think if you have to stay in Australia for 3-4years now before you are eligible for PR. You are so wrong How did you come to the conclusion that schools grant visas? DIBP have all the say on your visa application 2) 10yrs to become citizen? Are you talking about same OZ or some other countries? The change to citizenship, which will commence 1 July 2018 is that before applying for citizenship- you have to be on PR minimum of 4yrs Please get your facts right |

vhickky: the school mailed him to get one before they can process the admission. Is your brother in Nigeria or Australia? If he's in Nigeria... gaining admission into a school have nothing to do with Humanitarian visa If he's in Australia... thats a different issue The school will only ask him for one - if he applied for admission and they ask for he's visa status and he told them he have a humanitarian visa. So ask your brother why he was asked for one |

concho: Good evening experts and learners like my self in the house I was denied USA visa in 2015 under section 214b. currently , am suffering from what my doctors called psychosomatic disorder (body and mind not working together ) . And i have stopped school because of the ailment .I have been taking antideperasant for two years now and i cant do anything productive any day i did not take the drug . one of my friends in the USA advised that i should come over to the USA for treatment. MY questionS now are , (1) Can USA embassy give me visa to go for this particular treatment (2) How can i view my last application details, since it was done by my formal employer who wanted me to respresent him in a conference . From your post...it looks like your Dr have already diagnosed your metal illness and you're already on antidepressants Are you going overseas to get a second opinion on whats wrong with you? You will need to get your therapist/ psychologist to get all your files and you also need a referrer from your Dr to a psychologist abroad. . 2.. can you afford to pay a psychologist abroad? They charge hourly and some cost about $200 per hour ( you're foreigner - you have no health care ) 3. Therapist / psychologist dont just agree on a medication after a visit- they have to be linked to a GP as well.. and you also need follow up sessions Maybe once/ twice or 3times a month - depending on your issue Do you have an account/ steady job to be able to pay all that bills? You should put all that into consideration before you tell a VO that you're going abroad because you're depress.. Most people that have severe depression abroad... like your case, dont work and get govt benefits ( but you're not an American and that may be a big No from the VO because you're not adding to their economy ) Just my opinion but who knows Your case maybe different Cheers |
