Those flyovers are not substandard but the adjoining roads weren't completed by the time Okorocha left and Ihedioha played politics with it by using a heavy duty machine to create a hole in one of them. If they were substandard they would have collapsed by now.

Hope didn't listen to the right people. I remember the substandard tunnel that refused to be destroyed despite all efforts. He just covered it with Sand nothing else rendering a very wide width of the road useless and creating a means for traffic along that axis

Sometimes I wonder the fuss about foreign contractors. The road that was built by coduc still stands up to today without any porthole.

World bank road getting attention.

I think a big mall would be sited at world bank area soon, it already has the population density necessary for it.

I would have loved that long stretch of green area to remain that way or turned into a garden park, not everywhere should buildings be built

No government should be praised for constructing a road, because that's what you're supposed to do in the first place. If we have done that in the last eight years, no body will be talking about roads by now. We would have freed funds for other sectors and develop other facilities.

This is one point I always raise here.
If Hope Uzodinma is doing all these roads, it simply means that Rochas Okorocha wasted Imo State resources on "China roads".
I just Hope that the era of China roads has ended.

Here in Abuja many government agencies are using them, like the FRSC uses the pickups in large numbers , Population commission uses the Jeep, the military uses the G-wagon for their top generals and ministeries uses most of the big buses to commute workers from office to their homes

a) the site stats is on everybody's profile, I think i am not building another NL that what NLs and it clones all have in common
b) I would like to go for sweeter domain name but most of the nice ones including the 2 up suggested are gone I chose africonn because the nn gives the illusion of m. so africom is short for africans community, and it is available.

It violates HTTP principles on all levels, and will cause some special APIs consumers to act funny or even break;
A POST request is expected to add a new entity and should return a 201 on success
while a GET request is expected to fetch an existing entity return a 200 on success
Sending a POST request and modifying your API to return a 200 is just plain ridiculous . . .
and like I said earlier will create confusion when publishing to specialized APIs, because the request and response headers will fail
an integrity check.

Does this mean intercepting a POST request and not actually putting in the data somewhere will not work
what will happen if return 201 is not explicitly written

You should try to validate the method type as it is in the django tutorial page like. If the request you made Is right there's no need for error to be returned but it might be something else. Django returns so much error

The HTTP its more than what i can explain, you can go online to read about it, absorb as much as you can because it is vast and deeper than i can say in few lines, if you read along and have some question i can help out with to explain and give you hints on where to look for other resources. Its all starts from the OSI model/IP suite. HTTP comes in play at the application level of the suite/layer. python request made me look back at it to get some more info about cookie,session which gives HTTP state(statefullness) Header data when making request with either Post or Get, because i was having issues making a request to some sites.
While i was learning unix network programming, its much of a hassle filling the structure data to create new connection to server, much arcane protocol(out-of-dates) were used as an example, they didnt give much info about how HTTP protocol being the mainstream of this century.
You should read about it when you think you need it, i make request thats why i had to go back to it.

Working with django helped me with the concept of errors, and then looking at the logs I began to wonder how the cookies operated, I had an issue with this HTTP, whenever I fetched a POST request, I get this Get HTTP .1 / POST ... Error
Then internal server error page displays
As long as I know, everything seems Right, the POST data is received. What can be the cause, Google isn't helping
