Boko haram hasn't been able to successfully attack any major Nigerian city since Buhari became President. They can only attack villages with less than 500 inhabitants and also lay ambush for soldiers traveling through some highways.

CBN should take strong action against these Banks by making them pay for any security breach. The primary function of Banks is safe-keeping of money. If they can't fulfill that function, then why are they Banks.
