If you are in Lagos? The easiest way is to go early to the IOM center, inform the security guards and you may do your test same day. Ensure you go along with your documents ( Fees, Passport etc)

They can even give you the privilege to do the test that same day is there is a letter to the proof of the urgency.

You ca use your Statement of account within 31 days after printing it. Which means you can select your a date for Biometrics appointment after your TB test result must have arrived but it has to be within 31 days of printing the statement of account.

So, If you're pringting your SoA on the 16th of July, you can apply for your visa now and book an appointment date between 26th of this month (after you must have gotten your TB certificate) and 15th of next month. You can also upload all your documents by yourself at any time before biometrics and save your money but you have to upload all documents AT THE SAME TIME.

They gave me a training link to take some free but mandatory training course which I have started taking. My concern is does every home care have to wait for allocation from UKVI even after securing the license? I haven't received an official offer letter yet but just told I have been offered employment and should do the training.

Is it that after getting a sponsorship licence, there is a maximum number of employees they can sponsor at a time. Cos I have been seeing some companies say that one batch is full and you have to wait for another like 6 months for another batch.

You are absolutely right. After that experience, I restrategized to care homes application.

But funny enough, getting a positive response from care homes is now a herculean task.
it seems like our "brothers and sisters" over there have hijacked the jobs. Majority of them are switching from student visa to Tier 2 without fully completing their studies while some made it a point of duty to source for homes offering COS and forward to their direct relatives for easy application.

Notwithstanding, it will surely end in Praise for everyone of us

All na cruise. Dem de use una de wait for licence. No one can tell what will happen, when e set. Shaa know everybody will not scale through. My advice? Keep applying to other places, to avoid stories that touch the kidney.

At some point I wanted to query my capabilities...but when I dazzled them at the interviews and I saw an application that had 409 applications and I landed that Job......my confidence just went back to 100%....
We move though......

What I meant is that I have a master qualification in 2012 from UK. That's why I opted for Naric.
Am in Nigeria and not in UK. In the case of this application, one need a proof....I believe
