As for this thread ... This audit report is a step in the right direction. NNPC should be made to refund the money and precautions should be made to prevent this from happening in the future.

The inquiry into his leadership of PTF didn't find him wanting meaning he couldn't have been Jailed as he didn't directly benefit from any of the alledged missing money.
I would have called for him to resign if he was still in charge of PTF and similar amount of money went missing under his watch.

Let's say I operate a dollar account. I will make some money while converting to Euro. It's like making more money converting to naira now. but the only difference here is naira might never pick up if I wanted to convert back to dollars while Euro will definite beat the crisis. As I speak it's getting stronger.
